The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel. The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go to.

We enjoy the large and clean room. Love the shower experience. We like the gym and pool facilities. The only grouse is no available dustbin to discard the rubbish outside the lift lobby and reception area. Overall, wonderful stay at Courtyard

The check-in staff were not very friendly but all other staff were excellent. The breakfast is superb, the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pool is okay but lacks atmosphere as there is no service up there.
