객실이 넓고 조식 가짓수도 많고 맛있습니다. 공항셔틀이 있다고 호텔스닷컴 홈피에는 나와있었는데 없다고 합니다 공항까지 셔틀 타고 싶다고하니 그랩을 불러주었습니다. 주변에 먹는것도 많고 시내올드타운까지 가는 버스가 호텔 바로 앞에 있습니다

Great location, very neat and tidy hotel, and best thing is it has two convenient stores nearby as well as a great food market beside it.

The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel. The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go to.

Our request for high floor and quiet room was meet without difficulties. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very convenient location.

We enjoy the large and clean room. Love the shower experience. We like the gym and pool facilities. The only grouse is no available dustbin to discard the rubbish outside the lift lobby and reception area. Overall, wonderful stay at Courtyard

Breakfast had a number of options and was fresh. The A/C was broken in our first room so it was very hot, but they found me another room for our following nights. Staff was kind.

Great hotel to stay at. Accommodated us at very short notice and no shortage of their want to help out wherever possible. Rooms clean, great view, large bathrooms. Would stay again

I booked this stay thinking it was a hotel, but after booking I was contacted via WhatsApp and found out it operates more like an Airbnb-style accommodation. The location is okay and reasonably convenient. The room was clean and a standard studio layout. However, the air conditioner did not work well. Even with two large ceiling fans, the room stayed hot all night. There were also mosquitoes, and the water tap was leaking, causing a constant dripping sound that made sleeping difficult. The bathroom was clean, but the water heater wasn’t working properly, so there was no hot water. Cold showers, poor AC, and the leaking tap noise made the stay uncomfortable, and I ended up feeling unwell afterward. There is no late check-out, with only a 30-minute grace period. Clean but basic, with several maintenance and comfort issues that significantly reduced the overall experience.
