The room that i've been giving is very nice, clean, privacy granted, calm very suitable for me to enjoy my reading.
What i don't like is a smelly pillow but once i asked the staff to get a change it was smoothly done by the staff in team and also the quick and promptly help by the team staff to give me affordable room when i've missighted my checkout for my departure. Im very grateful toward them. Its my pleasure to have my vacation to stay at Expressionz proferssional suite (Exsim) and will do the same in my next visit to kuala lumpur.

The stay was great! I have stayed at the same premises with several vendors before. Wodages' response time was prompt and instructions were crystal clear. Check-in process was super easy and they allowed me to do early check-in which helped a great deal! One small comment - if they have daily housekeeping, that'd be perfect!

カウンターのスタッフさんが優しかったです！拙い英語でもちゃんと会話ができたり、説明を受けたにもかかわらず部屋がどこかわからないと言うと、部屋の前まで案内してくれたりと外国のわりにとても親切だなぁと感じました。またロビーでタクシーを待っている時にカウンターのスタッフが一緒に写真を撮ろうと誘ってきてくれたり、和やかな雰囲気でした ^^
少し残念だったのはプールです。インフィニティプール目当てでこのホテルにしましたが、トップ写真ではツインタワーらしきものが見えたのに、実際にはツインタワーは逆側で田舎っぽい風景が広がっていました笑
でも部屋も綺麗で広く、総合的に大満足です！また泊まりたいと思ってます！

As for the facilities they are as follows: GYM and Swimming Pool open now for level 48 Floor at Tower A and level 8 Floor Tower A / B 10am - 9pm. 1. Max person per session:- GYM - limit to 5 person per slot time Level 48 Pool - 14 person per slot time Level 8 Pool - limit to 16 person per slot time 2. Follow the time open at level 48 and security will monitor and collect the ticket. 3. You May purchase Gym and Pool ticket at RM10 each from My key counter to access level 48. 4. Level 8th Floor - FOC 5. Kids below 12 are not allowed in the pool on both floors. Kids pool remain closed during RMCO. Time slot:- 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 7pm - 9pm - Register is required before entering the swimming pool. - User body temperature more than 37.5°C will be denied to enter swimming pool. - Maximun usage is 2 hours/session. - Wear face mask in the pool compound and social distancing is required, 1 meter on the deck and 3 meters in the pool.

Very comfortable & very suitable for honeymoon couples. All facilities are complete & good especially once a washing machine is provided. No need to wait 1 hour for laundry because the multipurpose washing machine which can wash & dry once. Highly recommended also for family staycation 🥰! Can repeat for the next staycation 🤭

1. give me parking pass with out my elevator pass..my family waited 15min until some one come to open the door for us. No apology given. Saying because they have upgrade my apartment...so no need apology I guess. 2. Room is not clean and the floor is dusty. 3. Given room with cinema.. but the room seems not ready...everything not plug in...no internet no tv. Nobody come to teach us how to use. 4. After over 1 hour tech came to fix the issue but failed. 5. Offer to change room after 2 hours check-in.

It was great spending Christmas at Expressionz. Room was clean, very spacious, great klcc view and the host is helpful to try his best to provide extra car park.

Superb & awesome..the infinity pool view is magnificent. Love everything about it.. The room is clean and nice.. all the basic needs available.. absolutely will come back.. The only thing that is missing is qiblat (to wish muslims turn at prayer) but there is Surau on the ground floor.

1. Voucher breakfast is not provided during checkin and guests have to call to confirm. 2. The customer also needs to place a RM250 deposit for parking in the barn. The rules are very troublesome.
