Check in/check out was easy and the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, including the bathroom. I've had enough rest after exploring the city of Georgetown and had a nice experience during my stay. One simple thing I appreciate was that the hotel provides free drinking water for the guests in a dispenser in the lobby, so I could refill my water bottle every morning before I explore the city. And there was a scale near the water dispenser to weigh in the baggage, so I could figure out how heavy it is before I went to the airport. I think it is a simple and yet thoughtful gesture. I will easily recommend Frame Hotel to anyone visiting Georgetown. Thank you.

Always good for stay at Frame Hotel. New hotel with clean room & good facilities! Room also so big for family. I got room 618 for family with 1 king & 1 single bed & the room smells so good & bathroom so clean and staff also nice! Will come back again. Thanks all staff & hotel 👍🏻.

We chose the Family room, the room was big, clean, and the bathroom was also big and the water flow was also big..... We were happy to stay there, drinking water can be refilled 👍, next time we will stay there again because the area is easy to find food and is very strategic.

The hotel is located in George Town, within walking distance of many of George Town's main attractions. I visited all the main attractions in just three or four hours. There's a bus stop next to the hotel, and using Google Maps, you can take various routes to Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, Batu Ferringhi Beach, and other destinations, making travel very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, making dining convenient.
The room was clean and spacious, with large windows, so it didn't feel cramped. The in-room outlets accommodated Chinese plugs, eliminating the need for adapters. The hotel also has a curfew from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing a safe and secure environment.

clean hotel. the bed is comfortable, can sleep well. strategic location. exit the lobby to the right to Jalan Macalister near Wellings Pharmacy, New Lane Food Court, a row of restaurants. lobby to the left, there is Ondo Bakery, 15 minutes walk to Cheng Woo. great. given late check out until 12.30, not bad so not in a hurry. highly recommend staying here.
