The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much. The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night. The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner. There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.

Great location, near Alor Market, restaurants, shopping area, and public transportation. Staff are helpful and friendly, spacious and clean room. Will stay here again if we visit Kuala Lumpur again, hopefully soon!

Such a great choice to stay in this hotel. I have nothing to complain. Check in and check out process was so smooth and quick. The staff cleans the room every day without asked. The location was superb. Everything you need is nearby. Just a few steps away from Alor Street, monorail, MRT, and GoKL station. The room size is big enough for 2 guests with a lot of baggage. The staff put 2 bottles of water and shampoo every day. I have nothing to complain and a lot to compliment:).

I stayed at the hotel for five nights and, unfortunately, found the cleanliness to be quite disappointing for this time. The bed linen was not replaced with fresh ones throughout my stay. By the fourth day, my skin started to feel itchy, so I requested the staff to change the linen and asked about the hotel’s SOP. The staff informed me that linens should be replaced every three days, which clearly did not happen in my case. On the fourth day, I also received a torn bath towel. The drinking glasses were never cleaned by the room attendant from the 1st day until my check-out day. Bathroom amenities were inconsistently supplied — toothbrushes were often missing, and only bath gel and shower caps (4 pieces) were replenished, even though the room was for two guests. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. The hotel’s location is convenient, but maintaining proper hygiene is equally essential for guest comfort and satisfaction.
