1. Mis-promotion. The registration counter is inside a saloon. 2. Rooms are bad. Our room air conditioner unit is not properly function. 3. Most very bad is the. Bed mattres is so hard.

Nearby mini market and mamak restaurant. Hotel is very spacious and clean. Water pressure is good even we're at the top level. thumbs up

Very unsatisfactory with the smell of the room. Last day to check out, at 7am I went to the counter to return the lock, but no one was there. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went out of my way to finish my work at the slate until 12 o'clock. My telephone counter was furious and the 20 deposit was not returned. When they say no one is at the counter, they say there are people.

The hotel is the first and second storeys of a shophouse (walk up only, no lift). There many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our room had two beds, one of the bed’s mattress was really stiff (according to my wife). But we could still sleep soundly. Checking in was at the salon on the ground floor, which was... interesting. The shower’s water pressure was excellent. The air conditioner worked sufficiently. Happy with our stay. :-)
