We come back the 2nd time. The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is great, it's near the monorail and many malls. I recommend staying in Hotel Sunbeam Palm if you come to KL.

The front desk services was friendly, excellent and fast. Room no 3(GF) is clean and the bathroom was dry when I'm coming in. it was clean and the shower and hot water works well. with this price tag and its location, you get privacy and convenience that worth your money 👍

As per the price, the rooms are small but not so far from the bus the karts can walk, where to eat is nearby, the live AC inside the bathroom can be used yes even though it is small but not bad, friendly waiters.

The price is pretty cheap but the reception staff are not friendly, ignorant and not much help and can't speak Malay. I stayed 5 days 5 nights, I was only given a towel once for 5 days. At the hotel there is no mineral or hot water supply, no washcloth towels in the bathroom and no soap or toothpaste.
