The staff at reception and cafe were very friendly and helpful, great choice of breakfast menu and rooms were clean and well maintained. Reception area is well designed for guests waiting for pickup including a private bar area for meetings with clients or old friends. Definitely on my list for next time.

the staff was friendly and accommodating !
but the room condition is unacceptable for a big brand name of IBIS hotel . broken floor found , unbalance floor when enter to toilet which possible makes people fall down . bed room chair was shaking almost broken without checking . room is smelly because of old ? kindly improve it

My family and I stayed 5 nights here. Room service has no soup, there is always something missing. Doormat is often not given. To find food around the hotel is also difficult and far away. Need brand audit. Officers (women) on unprofessional egg stations while serving guests mouth while eating.

I was threaten by 1 of the staff at IBIS Cafe. I brought my family & we stayed in 2 rooms with complimentary breakfast for 4 adults. However i have a 5 year old child which we didn't plan for him to have breakfast full course as he does not usually eat much & already had his milk. The guy insists we pay RM14 or if he sees my child eating any food serve there he will ask us to pay cash. So we decided to skip the breakfast as it is not worth... plus the guy was very rude and threatened us. So my question if as a mother i cannot share even a bite of my bread to my child? IBIS Hotel is not up to the standard ad what they claimed to be....a great hospitality to families. Backup and i will never step into the hotel again

The hotel is situated pretty far out of town and shopping malls. But the purpose of this trip was to go somewhere quiet and just relax before going back to the madding crowd and this was the perfect place for my r and r. On top of that, the food in the hotel cafe is tasty and delicious and the staff, from the receptionist, to the serving staff in the cafe, to housekeeping are extremely polite and helpful. This break turned out better than I hoped it would.

HI Bilik ok Katil ok But not ok for dustbin. Only provide 1 and located under working area. I suggest should around shower or beside coffee table Then in the shower no hook to hang towel or under garment. Cermin shower and toilet can see. Not advisable famili yang ada grown up child. Shower and toilet agak sempit ya During breakfast on 22.08.17 your fruit watermelon and papaya dah rotten ya.
