Several rooms are owned and operated by different people. And the rooms and services are really bad. I'll list a few: wrong TV remote, no battery in remote for air con and TV. Phone didn't work. Balcony door can't be locked. Bad water leak outside the front door (see pictures)

The hotel facilities and the accommodation given to us was not according to our booking preferences. On our arrival day we had been given a room which is not according to what shown on my chosen rooms. It is very antidy and not suitable for my family to stay especially with my 4 years old child. Traveloka should survey and communicate with hotel management in what kind of accommodation you should give to your online and million customers to avoid undatisfying stay. Breakfast given was for the 3 persons referred to my booking but unfortunately only 2 persons can avail the breakfast in th hotel.

Horrible room! Lock on door not working - fire hazard!!!! Aircon not working Balcony door not working Telephone not working In the end I moved out without staying and the owner does not feel he was at fault for his bad maintenance and refused to refund. Bad! Traveloka cs team was not helping too. Bad bad bad.

The location is nice. Was upgraded to a water villa because of some renovations. The place looks a bit worse for wear. The buildings have really aged badly. The worse thing was that the bed bedclothes were not really clean. There were a few strands of long hair on the bed and neither of us have long hair. There were only one towel for each of us. No face towel or hand towel. Staff service was really friendly and efficient.
