I was very disappointed when I ordered a room in the same building with my cousin in casa residency. Photos in the application with the original photo sting where the sting is very different and not as complex. This is more like a boarding house. The house is rather dusty and old school. A little way from the casa residency apartment to the house. Does not match the price in the application. very not recommended.

The owner is very kind, we should book a small room but the owner give a big 1 apartment 2 bedroom, very satisfied with the service provided, his employees helped us pick up our luggage, very comfortable furnishings, we definitely stay here again ❤️

We’ve informed the owner about our check in time (3pm, non-smoking room), however the room wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. Moreover, we noticed that the handlers seemed unaware of our bookings. We are told to wait for at least 30mins for the room to be cleaned, so we left our luggages at the property and go out for food and shopping. We returned after 5 hours. As we opened the door to our room, we felt a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We kept the windows open through our stay in attempt to make it better, without success.

We booked a room at casa residency service apartement but were put into a room in another apartement on the grounds there was no electricity. Rooms given to us with different facilities, not to order, there are some facilities that are not there. very disappointing. Should the room given to me the price is not as expensive as I have paid. I had booked a room for 4 nights.
