The location is very strategic, very close to the culinary center and Chowrasta market, the room is very clean, the room is not too spacious, but clean, complete with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, even the standard room here is also given a bathrobe 😍 I will stay here again if I go to George Town.

We flew in very late and stayed in airport as long as we could before heading here. Staff held our bags while we walked a bit but managed to let us in early! Room is small but well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee on the roof was lovely. Laundry services are available and the entire staff was awesome. May have been the highlight of our time spent on the island. It is close to shopping mall, lots of food and a night market. Also very close to lots of walkable street art

We did not have breakfast as we were near a lot of food places. We had to change the room as the mattress was too hard for our liking and the shower was not working well. Cleanliness was acceptable. Staffs were generally ok.

The water pump broke down on our second night. Wife was caught in the shower with soap and there waa no water for about 1.5 hours, even after saying that the pump was restarted and water would be up in 30 mins. The only thing that marred a perfect stay.

Very clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was oddly shaped, probably because it's an old building and there was a load bearing pole that couldnt be moved in renovations. Otherwise it had everything we needed. Modern bathroom, bar fridge, safe. The 'skybar' is a bit overstated. The rooftop jacuzzis looked inviting but we didnt use during our short stay

Fast and friendly check-in set the tone right away. Within minutes we were upstairs in a tidy, modern room that felt well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. The lobby is nicely decorated with a distressed mid-century feel. Think aviation metal and worn leather, the sort of aesthetic that makes you half expect a Pan Am pilot from the 1960s to wander through looking for a drink. The room itself is comfortable and practical. The bed is on the firm side but paired with very soft pillows, which makes for a surprisingly good night’s sleep. The bathroom is modern and beautifully tiled with excellent hot water temperature, always a welcome luxury after wandering around humid Penang. Small touches help. The coffee bar includes a fridge and two complimentary bottles of water each day, something you’ll appreciate after exploring the streets of George Town. Location is another big win. The hotel sits within easy walking distance of several food markets, a mall, and plenty of local points of interest, making it a convenient base for eating and exploring your way around the city.

Good room, a couple more hangers would have been nice. Great bathroom, although hot water seemed to be in short supply. Comfy bed, aircon loud -aseverywhere. The rooftop bar wws sadly empty every night - it wasn’t all that inviting, no view, only popcorn as snacks. But over all I enjoyed my stay, great location.
