予約していた部屋と違う部屋を案内されたオーナーは部屋をいくつか持っていて、予約時人数により予約していた部屋から勝手に部屋を変える。十分なベット数があったので、メールで人数が増えると入れていても見ていないようだった。部屋の質を下げられたのに値段は変わっていなかった。交渉して部屋をかえてもらわなければいけなかった。値段は変わらなかった。
