As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

• Valet parking fee: MYR 13.00 per night
• Early check-in fee: MYR 100 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: MYR 100 for check-in between 7:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee
• Facilities fee: MYR 30 per accommodation, per stay
