Small room size, small bathroom. The hotel staff is friendly and friendly.. There are facilities such as a kitchen, a microwave, dispensers so you can add drinking water at any time, there is a place to wash dishes and iron clothes. So it's like your own home. There is a balcony at the very top of the hotel. The hotel environment is very close to all activities. There are minimarkets, places to eat, money chargers, and it's not far to the waterfront either...

Location wise-Great! Cleanliness-Terrible. They never change the bedsheet throughout my 4d3n stay. I offer to pay for that service. But they said they can't do as no housekeeping staff available! Water pressure in toilet superduper slow.

The staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the location is close to the Kuching statue and not far from the water front. There is a 711 and a mini market in front of the hotel, as well as many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

My 3rd stay so far. It says it all right? Great location (7-11, 24-hour laundry and McDonald's nearby), clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended for solo, couples and family travellers.

Awalnya hanya coba semalem dulu. Setelah tengok kamar nya langsung tambah 2 malem. Recommended banget buat backpacker atau pasangan ya. Kalo bawa anak kecil tergantung individu nya lah. Karena di sebelahnya ada pub gitu. Jadi suaranya agak terdengar ke kamar. Kemana mana deket tempat makan. Kanan kiri ada resto. Tapi kebanyakan non halal ya yang saya tau mc'd sama KFC aja. Kamar juga oke. AC dingin. Kamar mandi bersih. Harga juga termasuk murah. Receptionist nya juga welcome banget. Next kalau ke Kuching gak bakal cari penginapan lain. Untuk santai atau merokok bisa ke lantai 3. Karena semua kamar no smoking.

The rooms are very clean. Even though it's small. Not suitable for bringing small children. For going up the stairs. There is hot water for bathing (have to ask the officer how) refill drinking water, can make coffee. Complete cutlery. Ironing clothes, hair dyer. There is a rooftop for relaxing. Location in the city center. In front of the Kuching statue.

The room was ok only that the bathroom had an odd odor. There’s some leakages on the wall that the hotel need to do repair work.
