Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and helpful, strategic location, only need to walk to the Pavilion, and only a short walk to get to TRX mall. The lobby and rooms are also clean, and the air conditioner is also very cold! 👍❤️

Very close to TRX mall, and everywhere is also close to MRT, 7-Eleven, Lot 10. There are also many restaurants or eateries around, leaving the hotel for breakfast or looking for dinner is easy. For the room is quite small but for just two people it is enough, there is a refrigerator, the hot water is not that great, and the shower is only upstairs so it is a bit difficult when taking a shower without wanting to wash your hair and there is no hairdryer. But overall okay, for a cheap price you get a hotel that is easy to access and close.

The staff is very friendly. It's a 5-minute walk to TRX Mall and 10 minutes to Pavilion. If you're just dropping off your luggage, this is the best place. You can find food everywhere nearby. Leaving the hotel is effortless. If I go to KL, I'll definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, perfect for backpackers. From the airport, it's accessible via KL Sentral and via the Bukit Bintang Monorail. Friendly service, available 24/7. The hotel is located in the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) area, close to the Pavilion and with a corridor to the Twin Towers.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and plenty of dining options. There's a small park in front of the hotel for relaxing. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night, where I could see the city view. There's an ironing service, which is very helpful for hijab-wearing travelers. It's within walking distance to TRX Mall, Pavilion, and Bukit Bintang.

Location was best (super close to TRX mal & MTR 👍) Staffs were just ok Cleanliness was just ok Room was small and not soundproof ... only for 1 night transit acommodation, it was just a 'meet-our-need' experience, wygiwyp (wy 'get' iwy 'paid-for') Btw, we asked for a NON-smoking room and they provided us a NON-smoking "marked" room, with smoking scent inside ... what a bonus!
