Beautiful place but unfortunately not well maintained..the decorations in the swimming pool are not clean like the flower pots, chairs..when going there the elevator was broken so it was tiring to go up the stairs..

I actually chose this hotel because I was attracted to the swimming pool with its beautiful view. However, I didn't get the chance to experience the thrill of swimming in it due to various reasons from the hotel management, including a private New Year's event and fear of electrocution.

We were quite disappointed during our stay. For the Rentap Family room, the room we chose, number 220, was not soundproof, so all activities and sounds from the next room could be heard clearly. The family next door was noisy, snoring, the TV was turned up high, and the noise was very disturbing during our rest time. When we stayed, the elevator was out of order because they said the lower floor was flooded due to continuous rain, so to get to the upper floor we had to use the emergency stairs, which was quite difficult because we were carrying children. Not to mention the heavy rain, the emergency stairs were slippery due to rain splashes and the ceiling was leaking. If you want to go anywhere far with Grab, the average price is 10-15RM. If you check in at night, there are no restaurants open, so it's best to go food. 🙏🏻

Check-in time is very long, wait 30 minutes.. stayed 4 nights, but room cleaning service is not done every day, have to ask first, that is after 2 requests.. the rest is okay, but if you go to the city center by Grab, the distance is a bit far.. if you have your own car, it's okay, staying at the hotel has free parking

The location is good, the swimming pool is accessible. However, due to the high season, the room was not cleaned. When asked, they said they wanted to book it, as they prioritize cleaning for those checking out. There was a hairdryer in the room, but no toothbrush.

The front desk staffs are wonderful and accommodating. but the housekeeping is weird. need to ask multiple time before it's done. and even when it's done, it was only change of the toilet floor mat, towels, taking out the trash. they didn't make or clean the bed. I wonder even if they sweep or clean the floor, judging by how dusty it is remain, seems no.
had to change room because the room in 4th floor AC was warm. the room card is 'sensitive toward cellphone ' had to go down back and forth to set it again to be able to enter the room.
and finally, the room smells like cockroach. I think it's from the toilet.
the path to go to the gym/swimming pool is tricky, the eateries, supermarket within the building is underwhelming,
forgot to mention the pillow is dreadful and lumpy.
electricity fuse blown out suddenly around 1 am or so
visually the place is pleasing, but comfort don't come solely from aesthetic.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was good, and I’d rate the cleanliness 9/10, there was a bit of mold on the wall, but it didn’t really bother me. There was an electric kettle in the room, so it was easy to make hot drinks.
However, the mini fridge didn’t seem to be working properly, as it wasn’t cold at all (possibly the gas had run out). Everything else was great, except that the room wasn’t soundproof. You could hear people talking in the hallway and in the next room.
Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is affordable and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Kuching.👍🏻👍🏻

Maintain the cleanliness and good service. The downside is there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste, the room is okay, the facilities are quite complete and according to the room type ordered, the views are nice. Next time I come here again hehe
