During this period, there will be no electricity in the hotel. Although the hotel’s generator will be activated, it is only limited to a light and a plug point in the room. There will be no air-conditioning as well.

Please be informed that the adjoining shopping complex is currently having a major renovation until further notice for an indoor theme park. Due to that, the Hotel would experience some noise disturbance while the theme park’s renovation is going on. Please bear with us on this inconvenience which is beyond the Hotel’s control. Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding.

generally ok but tv In my room only has 1 channel, other channel don't have sound, already inform to the management they inform will send maintanance but didn't come.. we are stay for 2 night for staycation so disappointed. other than that there also no hot water during shower. otherwise the rest was ok.

Highly disappointed with the condition of the property. The maintenance was extremely poor. The curtains and bed sheets had stains which made the room feel unclean. There was also a musty smell throughout the room, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Given the price, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. I expected much better quality and cleanliness for the rate they charge. Would not recommend.

This hotel has good potential but it is bad as it is old and outdated. The curtains were torn. The bed was bad and can feel the springs. The room was dirty and dusty. The bathroom is bad and dirty and water kept getting stuck. No cleanliness in the bathroom. Switches dont work and as seen from pictures are dirty. I wont recemond this hotel. You have to pay for parking. We pay so much for the room. The least the management can do is to subsidise the parking for guest.

The wifi is not working, mobiles and laptop couldn't connect, not for Mac book pro and samsung S10. I have complained to the front office 3x about the wifi and asked for another room since they couldn't do anything although they sent someone to help us , however they didn't care with my request and no sincere apology to us. It's a room for 2 but they only gave 1 toothbrush and when they made our bed, the housekeeping forgot to put everything back accordingly. Their service is bad and very disappointing !!! The reason I still stayed until Wednesday because I've paid for the room. This hotel is not qualified for 4 star
