Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Good hotel staycation in KL. Hopefully the buffet breakfast will be back soon as kids love the food although it's only a la carte and not much choices during this covid period. Will definitely come back!

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. There were several things that have brought down the experience from what it was in the past.
The pool area is very nice, It still has a great view of the city at night. They do not serve any food or drinks in the pool area. There is no support staff by the pool. Only a security guard. There were many people and not enough pool area furniture available
The ability to have room service is limited to after 5pm.
The main restaurant (Deep Blue) on the top floor is still very beautiful and the food is good. The restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed.
The lobby furniture is a little run down and needs to be replaced. It made the place not look as amazing as it once had.
At times during the day it is very difficult to get an elevator because there are too few available, that cover too many floors, with a lot foot traffic needing to go up and down. Wait time is a little excessive.
The location of the hotel is great and you have several connections available to public transportation

This was listed as a 5 star property on expedia. At best, this was a 2 star property. The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. They didn't even have a way to pull up our booking upon arrival-- we had to show a printed copy from expedia. The ammenities listed on their website are not actually on their property-- you have to go to an entirely different hotel. This is A SCAM. Shame on Expedia for allowing this property to be listed as 5 stars.

Noone at the reception to help with luggage or greet when we arrived. No water in the room, had to wait over 1.5 hours to get it delivered. No hot water in the rooms - luke warm at best when you switch on the water heater. They dont know what customer service is. Waiting for lifts on New years eve was a nightmare when they closed 2 lifts. Wouldnt recommend.

Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good.

The Face Suites are a reasonable and good accommodation options in KL. There are some positives - excellent housekeeping staff and good location to public transport options. The quality of the food in the general restaurant was very good.
Negatives include poorly organised check-in/checkout areas. On arrival was sent from one area to another so checked out where we had been checked in only to be told to go where we had been sent from one check-in. The four lifts for a 51 storey building were awful during busy periods, exacerbated by idiot guests pressing both up and down options thinking it might speed up lift arrival! The last disappointment was the stuff up one night when it took 45 minutes for one of our meals to arrive and has been finished when we enquired where the meal for the other guests was. There was a wringing of hands and complimentary cake but no real indication of why the delay and when, if ever, the remaining meal might appear.

The apartment size is great, spacious and well decorated. Communication was bad. No one ever picked up the phone, we tried reception, house keeping and concierge..however line never got through. The washing machine was broken……had my clothes locked in there the night before check out day and half washed..disaster..and small things like only provided us half a toilet paper roll for a 2-bedroom apartment (4 guests)……if you need anything, you must go down to reception and request face to face.

Don’t be impressed by the restaurant that they advertise. In this property, there is NO restaurant! The restaurant is in the next door building, which is a different business, so you can’t make a charge to your room, if you eat there!
Rooms are huge and are fine. If you are looking for luxurious places, that is definitely NOT the place. But it is very descent and clean. The best part is the bed and pillows; VERY comfortable.
The place is like a huge factory. Too many people all the time, the entrance ALWAYS blocked by so many cars that are arriving there every second.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
NON of my Expedia VIP status were acknowledged!
Overall, it is not a bad place, but it was way too busy for me…
