This Face Style apartment features an infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Tower. The concept is an apartment with hotel-like services. The space is very spacious, with two bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, and one outdoor bathroom, complete with a living room, dining room, and pantry.

Amazing staff! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

While it might be considered a five-star hotel, it's generally okay considering its proximity to the city center and the fact that you won't be spending too much time in your room.

Staying at Face Style Hotel for 2 nights was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and the view outside the window were all exceptional. The location was also great, with Twin Tower and monorail nearby, and plenty of food options around. Everything was lovely. The only downside was the wait for the lift to the rooftop pool - it was packed. The pool itself was also super crowded, to the point where you couldn't really swim. It was kinda pointless trying to use it, tbh, since most people were just there to take photos with the Twin Tower view. There were literally hundreds of people trying to take the same spot, and security was there to keep things from getting out of hand. I can't imagine how dirty the pool water must've been with that many people around. Getting down from the rooftop to our room was also a bit of a struggle. If I'm honest, I probably won't be staying here again unless I have to - the room was great, but the lift situation's a big issue. Lucky we had an early flight, 'cause I don't know how we'd have managed with a daytime or evening flight, lugging our bags down and all. Thanks, Face Style Hotel, for the service. Hopefully you can sort out the lift situation in the future.

We stayed 2 nights at The Face Style. If there were 10 stars, we'd give them 10 stars, from reception, cleanliness, rooms, pool, view, to the guy who helped us with our luggage 🧳. The location is super perfect, near everything. Don't listen to the bad reviews because we were confused before booking, but when we arrived and saw the perfection, bravo, The Face Style, keep it up, you are the best.

During my stay, I left something (a brand-name item) in my room. I realized it after returning home and inquired by email. I received a prompt reply and they sent it via international mail (it was also carefully packaged). The email exchange was also very smooth and helpful. I appreciate your hospitality.

In my opinion, this hotel has the best swimming pool view… If you want to eat, you can find it just a short walk outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very nice.

There was a lot of dust in the room and the carpet smelled. Hopefully, the cleanliness service can be improved in the future.

Good, clean, spacious rooms, early checking possible, strategic location

This is my second stay here. The place is comfortable, close to the monorail station, the hypermarket, and KLCC. The pool view is absolutely gorgeous.
