We had a great stay here. The hotel staff took good care of us. Breakfast was nice. We had steamboat dinner which was also nice. We will definitely come back, hopefully soon.

Quiet and relaxing for our one night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge and the excellent dinner in the dining room. Highly recommend for a retreat in Cameron Highlands

Service was extremely good, and since the hotel does not have many rooms and therefore not many guests, the staff were very attentive. Every morning our car was wiped, a small gesture, but nonetheless we felt pampered.

Excellent afternoon tea & breakfast spread. Enjoyed our guided hike too! The hotel is located lower in the Highlands so the drive up was not bad even with holiday traffic. Staff were helpful and gave good impression of HPL hotels.
