As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

In accordance with government guidelines, The Maple Suite currently isn’t accepting guest from certain states or countries on dates where such guidelines exist. In accordance to National Recovery Plan guidelines, The Maple Suite ONLY allowed to guest check in who are fully –vaccinated and must show their COVID-19 digital vaccination certification in Mysejahtera upon checking in. Those completed 2nd dosed must be after 14 days of vaccination. Couples who are fully-vaccinated are ALLOWED to bring their children who are 17 years old or younger for checking in. The Maple Suite may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant info dates such guidelines exist. In response to coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at The Maple Suite. Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), The Maple Suite is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Wearing a face mask is MANDATORY in all indoor common areas.
