The room and bathroom were clean.. the hotel staffs are friendly. However the wifi connection is a little bit slow . Perhaps the hotel were quite fully occupied due to the Long weekend holiday. The room is spacious with clean king sized bed. Unfortunate the fridge is not working. But I’m not using it anywhere. Is a decent place for short stay and acceptable price.

Furniture in the room looks old, including the walls. Flooring and curtains are torn with holes. Renovation required!

The staff are polite and service is good. No complaints just the carpet odour is a bit strong. management need to do something about that. Bed is comfortable, pillow too. Water flow is very strong. overall it's a pleasant stay.

Paid for boutiqe double room but they downgrade the room without telling me during check in session. Then I call the receptionist, they told that the room had problem, but I still need to pay the same amount. For the room I rate 1 star only include the accomodation and cleanliness. Indah khabar dari rupa.

It was a pleasant stay, the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. At first the room was ok, but at midnight the air cond suddenly didn't working. It was not getting colder even though we had already lower the temperature and turn it off and on again.

Was given a room next to their store/staff's room, very noisy from day till night. Chat and laugh in loud noise, walkie talkie in high volume, not helped by bad sound proof.
