Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk. Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 10.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy. Bad and dirty room, dirty bathroom, wall so many spots, linen not clean, beds smell and dirty ex previous guest didn't change. Terrible hotel. Water on & off, hot water not work. This hotel is the worse hotel ever in the world. Totally disappointed! I booked for 3 days through the agent, and have to check out right on the 1st day. Lost money, rather can't sleep. 😢.

Very bad. The toilet was so dirty. The mattress so old. The remote for the TV not functioning and even wrong remote! The staff was so bad and not friendly! The towel have bad smell. Have cockroaches inside the room! The room was so smelly. The pictures in the ads totally not same as reality! Not recommended and worst ever.

Too dirty. Got a downstairs room once, entrance to a dark room hallway, carpet full of dust. No door knobs. The room is very dusty, dirty toilet, tv, closet, the floor is badly dusty like months without washing. Folding sheets only. Pillows don't fit, here's a request near the counter. Last time we changed rooms but more or less the same, the sink was clogged so that the leftover food rice came out to the floor. Geli ooo. Seriously, I didn't book a hotel. The hotel counter is too scary, mcm the living room.

Toilet floor dirty. Water heater not even function at all. Book for standard room but suddenly they said there no room anymore then they suggest me change to deluxe room. But ya. I'm not even satisfying with my stayin. Have so many cockroach inside. Bad. Not so recommended.

It has water heater, coffee, glass but no spoon, and hangers and window like the pictures shown. The room was quiet. The lobby was quite smelly, probably because there were people smoking there. But luckily the room has no bad smell. The toilet was a little small, so it would be hard for big size people to bath I think. It has a food court next to it, so we don't need to worry about meal. The hotel people would clean the room while you are out, so better keep your things tidy. The water flow was strong and it has hot water. The design was full of glass, but a bit not convenience for glass door toilet. But the hotel need to concern about the cleanness because I saw small cockroach two times. Overall, quite nice to stay for the budget price.

Very very disappointed with this hotel. I asked to clean the room in the morning. but the room wasn't cleaned, towels and drinking water were not given either. I went to the receptionist to ask for towels, he said at the hotel tonight was indeed short of towels. Until I wait for an hour and a half, I get a towel. Already gt asked for help to clean the room, instead said it was not my business to clean the room. If you want to clean the room, wait tomorrow at 3 PM. Even though the next day I checked out. It is not recommended in this hotel. Just know the hotel with very poor service.

The hotel is not recommended, the check-in place is rough and old, the hallway is dark, the rooms are mosquitoes and dirty towels, the sky room with glass is very uncomfortable, the water in the bathroom stagnates.
