I had a horrible experience with not having any hot water during my stay. They just kept giving me the run around. Telling me the water doesn’t got hotter than like warm in all of Malta which was a conplete lie because by the time I was leaving the sorted it out. I was supposed to receive a refund and that never happened. My overall experience was terrible and I would never go back there or advise anyone else to go there either. Horrible service and the manager just hides from you so he doesn’t have to deal with the situation.
