From start to finish a great service from reception, bar staff & breakfast waiters. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety on offer. Rooms were made up every day and new towels provided on request. The spa pool was a welcome relaxation and if it wasn’t so windy the roof top pool would have been fantastic

the room was spotless and staff were courteous and very friendly.
Fridge did not work, toilet stopped flushing every evening but started again in the morning. The room was very warm and could not start the air conditioning.

The room was spacious an well laid out. Unfortunately there was some problem with the fan that could not be repaired. A technician did come to our room to try to fix the problem but was unsuccessful and they ended up just giving us a portable fan (which was effective at keeping the air moving and dispersing the musty room smell).

Vi boede i en "luksus" lejlighed som hører til hotellet, som var dejlig rummelig og er egentlig tilfreds med opholdet. Men materialerne der var brugt til at skabe denne "luksus" oplevelse, føltes lidt som om at det var på budget.
Faciliteterne på hotellet var overmiddel, indendørs poolen og spaen var knap så stort, men opfyldte vores behov. Fitness rummet havde åben 24/7, men manglende nogle rigtige vægteplader og vægstænger til at træne med.
Hotellet levede tildels op til mine forventninger og det venlige personale trak det yderligere op.
Om jeg ville komme her igen, sikkert ikke. Men stadigvæk anbefalings værdig oplevelse.

Very helpful team on the reception desk.
Staff in the bar and restaurant were fantastic with service and polite.
Special shout out to the bar staff - always with a smile even during a hectic happy hour.
Hotel location is good for restaurants and sightseeing on the waterfront.
