Camera pulita, materasso un po’ troppo duro per i nostri gusti, bagno con lavandino che non scaricava fluidamente. Un po’ rumorosa dalla parte esterna. Area benessere molto carina ma troppo affollata. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Ottimo il ristorante stellato Le GV al rooftop. Discreto il secondo ristorante Margot. Posizione ottimale fuori da La Valletta ma facilmente raggiungibile. vicina a San Julian tramite piacevole camminata lungo mare. Soggiorno piacevole. Hotel consigliato nonostante qualche punto sopra menzionato.

The hotel is not as advertised at all. Fake pictures. Not worth $200+ a night I was charged. Not worth $50 a night.

Camera sempre pulita ed ordinata. Ottime le condizioni generali. Eccellente tutto il personale. Molto buona la colazione. L'ascensore non mi è sembrato sincronizzato e ciò comporta lunghe attese.

Excellent stay here, phenomenal staff, very kind, always happy to assist or just engage in conversation. In a great location as well, close to just about everything on this side of Sliema.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff that were very polite and helpful, and all spoke very clear English. No room upgrade for Expedia Advanced member. Would recommend this hotel whole-heartedly. Great value.

Jättebra hotell med bra läge i Sliema. Väldigt rena rum och hotellet doftar gott. Väldigt bra och vänlig personal. Bra frukost som hade allt. Dock kan maten i resturangen vara bättre för det priset man betalar.

Good location, great spa, gym, restaurant, and they set up digital channels to TV so I could get Prime and Youtube.

Lovely staff and clean, nicely decorated hotel. Our particular room was in Les Bains and had a sauna and plunge pool which were great.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly so thank god for that. The hotel was good but i would say the pictures are a bit different than the actual experience... If you scratch the surface nothing is really wow... I received an upgrade... Doubtful if it really was an update... could hardly open the balcony door, the bathroom i could hardly turn around in, dirty towels or sometimes no towels at all... and a few more things... All things that were fixed by the staff, but just tiring to have to ask for different things every day... The concept is also a bit hard to understand as the hotel is spread over several buildings... (I think) Ok experience because of the staff. Would I come back? Probably not...

Lovely property, very spacious friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again, in a good location. All the family enjoyed their stay here and birthday made very special. We also had massages which were really good! Best ones we’ve had in a hotel not rushed.

C'était magnifique ! La chambre propre et le personnels accueillants.

Nice room overall, but hard beds and dirty balcony. The shower has dirt in the corners and smells sewer from time to time.
