Love the food served every day at the buffet! Although the first day when we checked in the room had some mosquitoes, after we changed the room everything was perfect! We were very closed to the pool and clean towel basket, and restaurant is not far only 5min walk, the spa even closer:) WE LOVE THE SPA SO MUCH! The massage, staff, facilities and the environment are amazing! Love the jacuzzi and outdoor sunbathing bed and shower area. We also had the lunch at Lakaze, enjoyed the seafood grill and the service, would love to eat dinner there next time! Stayed at Ephelia, and I’m not regretting stay with Constance again this time! It’s an incredible stay for family trip:)

We were expecting a pick up from the airport to a destination which no one came to pick us up. We had a terrible experience in the restaurant where the workers had completely disregarded us and finally took our order which took them ages to be processed. It took them 40 minutes to bring a drink and just over an hour to bring the food after constant reminders keeping in mind that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The next day we were told to reattend the restaurant and the service was much better. We were told that we could have the drinks on the house which wasn’t even the case but that’s besides the point. When we were leaving the hotel we were told that we had to pay a check out fee because we supposedly had the snacks in the mini fridge and they insisted that we had them eventhough the drawers were empty when we checked in to begin with. The hotel was amazing but the service definitely needed improvement.

This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one.

It’s a Super windy part of Mauritius - if you are prone to allergies - don’t even waste your time. The people at the resort are lovely - the rooms are ok - nothing great !! The dining options are great but super pricey, but i guess that’s across all the resorts .

Would highly suggest to have your own transportation if you are comfortable driving. The prices are 3x compared to actual prices of taxi’s with hotel taxi. Also there are no taxi apps available, so you are stuck with hotel taxi.

Pool and kids club was amazing.
Rooms a bit outdated, tv wasnt working but was quickly replaced by staff, AC was leaking and makin a loud noise, room wasnt cleaned and had to ask a few times before it was cleaned. Shower drain was clogged up but again quickly fixed by staff.

The resort is fantastic. We had a wonderful time there for the 9 days we were there. The food is delicious, the beach is beautiful and the resort has quite a lot of fun activities, some of which included if you have the right package. The hotel has taxis nearby which are needed every time you want to go out as it is quite far from anything else than the local beach and golf course.

The resort is exceptionally well maintained, with a team of highly competent and friendly staff. A few individuals truly stood out during our stay: Luvesh, who supported us through an unfortunate incident with great professionalism; Talah, the racquet sports coach, whose guidance was both valuable and appreciated; and Visham, who went above and beyond to ensure our departure was seamless. Aside from a minor incident that’s easily overlooked, the overall service was outstanding and is undoubtedly one of the key reasons guests would choose to return.
Personally, the biggest draw for me was the on-site water sports, especially skiing and kayaking, as well as the excellent tennis and padel courts. On the food front, the Indian and Italian restaurants fell short in terms of flavour—particularly the vegetarian options—but this didn’t take away from what was an otherwise fantastic experience.

This hotel location, on the beach, is beautiful but it is miles from anywhere so if you dont have a car transportation will be expensive.
We stayed over New Year and i felt like the hotel over inflated their food and beverage prices to beyond ridiculous!! I live in Manhattan and travel extensively, this hotel had the most expensive bottle of Coke Zero i have seen. (nearly 7 US dollars) for a small bottle. Even our local tour guide was shocked.
Getting a reservation for NYE dinner proved difficult. Upon phoning to try and make a reservation, two days before NYE which is the day we arrived at the hotel. We were informed that all the a la carte restaurants were fully booked and we could only eat at the $80 per head buffet restaurant on NYE. After escalating the issue to a manger we were finally given the choice of two a la carte restaurants.
