A bus load of locals arrived on our only day at the hotel and the hotel common areas were taken over by them with a disco, in the dining room and all around the pool. As it was raining, we managed to find a little communal shelter and had nowhere else we were able to go while they were there for at least 5 hours. I complained to the manager who said they're also guests. Yes - but you should make your overnight guests aware that the day spent with you will be overrun by day visitors. It's like having construction going on - we would have booked somewhere else.

The hotel's location is relatively ideal, but the facilities are outdated. The air conditioner has no cooling or dehumidifying effect at all, the bathroom floor drain is clogged, and the swimming pool water is visibly murky. I have stayed at many star-rated hotels around the world, and among hotels in the same price range, this one offers the worst experience. Most staff members have a poor attitude—some even wear unfriendly expressions—and are unwilling to assist you. When checking in, the staff who help with luggage only pick the easiest ones to carry. After checking out, I booked a taxi with the front desk, but no one informed me when the taxi arrived; the driver waited at the car door for an unknown amount of time. The bellboy saw us about to leave, left his post in advance, and showed no intention of helping.

The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice.

Manque de professionalisme de l'équipe. Ici il faut etre allemand, anglais ou avoir le fameux bracelet bleu pour qu'on s'interesse à vous. Et on a pourtant payé comme tout le monde. Pas de réaction quand vous signalez un problème et c'est à vous de les relancer le pire! Personnel impoli qui gache vos vacances! Tres déçu.

The Hotel was in a super location great food everyday new theme for food fresh and service was great staff very friendly especially Gigi and Vic. Free glass bottom boat trip and very helpful boathouse staff. Worth every penny for this superb holiday.

For us not bad at all…food was great and some of the bar staff was very nice but some of them think they own the place and that is not good!!!! Very busy next door on the park but that is what it is. Our first time in blue bay and it was a choice? Most of the staff in the dining area was great specially the young man from India…very friendly and helpful well done Phianso !!!! Anastasia was very rud and have a lot to learn about customer service? Though in our opinion a good girl with a lot to offer.

I was able to get a room at the last minute. I was quite satisfied with the clealiness and service provided. The check-in was done in a flash and the staff are very friendly. The food was in general excellent, especially the lunch. Will definitely cone again fir a longer stay. Thank you.
