The Hotel was in a super location great food everyday new theme for food fresh and service was great staff very friendly especially Gigi and Vic. Free glass bottom boat trip and very helpful boathouse staff. Worth every penny for this superb holiday.

Soggiorno bellissimo! La struttura è semplice e comoda. Il mare è incredibile, Il personale dell'hotel, dalla reception ai camerieri al personale di guardia, i ragazzi delle attrezzature sportive, tutti gentilissimi e disponibili.Camera da 4 spaziosa e pulita, poco affollato e anche se non ci sono molti lettini, non abbiamo mai dovuto "correre" per occuparli, come mi è successo in molti altri villaggi. All inclusive che comprende anche un giro sulla barca con fondo di vetro, da cui vedere una quantità di pesci inimmaginabile con tappa per fare snorkeling. Tutto davvero perfetto, in un paradiso di isola. Blue bay è meno conosciuto di Flic and Flac ma a mio avviso più bello. Il cibo in hotel è vario e curato, dalle insalate fresche a carne e pesce alla griglia, tema diverso ogni sera, per tutti i gusti. Angolo crepe per merenda nel pomeriggio. Davvero consigliato!

レストランのウエイターさんが日本語で積極的に話しかけてくれて嬉しかった。毎日プールやステージでイベントが企画されていて楽しむことができる。オールインクルーシブには飲食の他にカヌーやstand up paddleなどマリンスポーツも含まれています。

Wir waren zum Ende des Urlaubs für zwei Tage dort. Das Hotel fanden wir leider gar nicht einladend. Mein Freund sah abends Ratten rumlaufen, Teller waren dreckig, dann streicht jemand die Wände des Pools, während Erwachsene und kleine Kinder darin baden..Gäste gehen barfuß zum Abendessen..Im Doppelzimmer reicht der Kleiderschrank für nicht mal eine Person. Das Fitnessstudio ist eine Katastrophe, es war so stickig, heruntergekommen und roch einfach nur muffig
Das einzige, was mir gefallen hat, war wirklich die Schnorchelbucht. Essen war okay. Die Cocktails überhaupt nicht genießbar.
Wiederkommen würden wir garantiert nicht und empfehlen übrigens auch nicht.

The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice.

Manque de professionalisme de l'équipe. Ici il faut etre allemand, anglais ou avoir le fameux bracelet bleu pour qu'on s'interesse à vous. Et on a pourtant payé comme tout le monde. Pas de réaction quand vous signalez un problème et c'est à vous de les relancer le pire!
Personnel impoli qui gache vos vacances! Tres déçu.

It was the most terrible stay we ever had.
The staff were so rude and aggressive. The bar staff were humiliating the guests constantly. We spoke to the manager and he promised to fix the problem.
The very next morning, at the breakfast buffet, the guy at omelette section shout at us and said something in african when my wife asked him to do her omelette medium. The most of staff spoke 0 english and Got angry when we spoke to the english and not french.
The cocktails were so bad that we never used it eventhough we had ALL INCLUSIVE. The place was super loud, the locals walking at the public beach came inside the hotel and asked for a picture with us !!! Can you EVER imagine?? No privacy .. No private beach. The place was super dirty. The pool was looking yellow and opaque that fyring our stay we were Only Nice for 2-3 minutes in it.
In a nutshell it was the most horrible hotel stay in our history of travelling..

Very busy next door on the park but that is what it is.
Our first time in blue bay and it was a choice?
Most of the staff in the dining area was great specially the young man from India…very friendly and helpful well done Phianso !!!!
Anastasia was very rud and have a lot to learn about customer service? Though in our opinion a good girl with a lot to offer.

The location is unique, best beach for snorkeling. The food is average, the rooms have doors with huge gaps. You won't get any sleep at night.
