While the property is dated and the overall experience is of a good four star resort. It is definitely worth visiting for the wonderful staff and scenic setting.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful resort, great restaurants (choice and quality of food) and very friendly staff.

We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Resort! The staff went above and beyond – they were always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Our family suite was absolutely beautiful – spotless, spacious, and perfectly designed for a family stay. The resort itself was immaculate, with every facility kept clean and well-maintained. A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience. Every restaurant we tried offered delicious food with a great variety, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Everything was perfect, and we truly cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend Long Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with top-notch service.

Worst place we've stayed at.

The propery is adverised as 5 star resort unfortunately it is not, the rooms we were shown to had various issues the curtians had holes in the dresser was broken. We complained and the staff were helpful and gave an upgrade. The rooms are not family friendly there are no doors between the bedroom and the shower ao if you are having a shower or on the toilet and you are sharing your room with young children there is nothing stopping them comming in. Also if you go online google will tell you the resort has a heated pool but it does not anymore. Glasses/saucers are not replaced and washed rather rinsed in the sink and put back for you to use. For the amount you pay it is not what i expected especially as a 5* resort.

Out of all the staff from the property only 3 gave excellent service.

Welcoming was excellent Thereafter complete downhill. Unfriendly staff and have to request things 4 times before anything is done.

Friendly and helpful staff, good cleaning services, dining options are better comparing to the local standard. The area is a bit far from other activities.

Fantastic stay with family. Saimya was particularly great with our little one at dinner and lunch.

Hotel was absolutely amazing and so were the staff, were all very friendly and helpful with our young children. Location amazing, pools brilliant and choice of food very good with the ability to go a la carte as often as liked. We were half board and the only negative is it is very expensive to buy drinks, soft or alcoholic. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing experience! Our stay at Long Beach was special as it is the place where we also had our wedding ceremony and reception. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. All the staff went the extra mile to assist us with anything we needed from the front desk to the restaurant to the laundry/dry cleaning. Shoutout to the dry cleaning ladies who put up with us with nothing but a smile. Above all, everybody we interacted with encouraged us which was greatly appreciated during times where we thought our wedding would be impacted by adverse weather conditions. It truly made our wedding and time there special with our family and friends. The hotel is eco friendly, the rooms are modern and spacious and the room service is a 10/10. Highly recommend the club sandwitch. The only thing that could have been different is that there could be a curtain or separation between the room and the toilet as it is exposed. But we requested a curtain to be hung so it was all good. The spa also is amazing!! The staff are professional and very friendly. We went for a massage and facial and it was one of the best we ever had. The ambience is very relaxing and we loved the entrance of the spa which had a series of fruits, plants and veggies planted. We thought it was a unique and great idea. We will definitely go back to Long Beach!

Terrible

Great stay. Restaurants lovely and lots of good facilities

Although the hotel was busy, it did not feel like that. Plenty of spaces to relax and no rush for the loungers. The staff were all brilliant.

Fantastic property with the great incredibly friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful place to stay as a family of 4

Excellent staff

The scenery around the hotel was nice but that was it. Everything else about the resort was not worth a return. Was very disappointed with what was received for the price. Out of two rooms one the ac did not work the other the water heater did not work. We only tried the breakfast and for an all inclusive stay it was blah. If you are only concerned with the beach and pool then you might enjoy it.
