I had a great time at O beach studios Everything was as advertised beachfront studio with a lovely terrace The apartment was spacious and located next to bars and restaurants Staff at reception top notch friendly polite and helpful and the cleaning team were always cheerful and happy to assist if anything needed doing . All in all i great place to stay for a first time visit to Mauritius.

This studio apartment was spacious and modern and in an excellent location immediately opposite Flic en Flac beach. I found the bed super comfortable although I would have preferred if there was more than just one sheet on the mattress. There was some dripping from a pipe inside the bathroom which was a bit weird as I didn’t know where it was coming from but otherwise I had no issues with the bathroom other than it would have been nice to have warmer water in the shower. The first night that I arrived was a Friday and there was live music which was extremely loud. This was followed by what sounded like a DJ set until like 1-2am. The walls are thin and all the sound travels through even when people are walking around etc so if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this probably isn’t the best place for you, though saying that, it might be alright during the week. To be fair to the property, they do make it clear that there is loud music and more of a party vibe on the weekends.

The property is under construction which was mentioned in a message, but being awoke to loud noises very early in the morning around 7am wasn’t nice. I would also like to mention that parking is very limited which would be fine if people who work there wouldn’t take all the space. We got an email one day that they need their guests park outside of the property but then their employees and workers park there. It was a bit upsetting. The apartment itself is good but there were a few bits which would be very useful to include in the room to make it completed. The drains smelled too. I have to admit that the communication with the office is excellent. They always try their best to help and make your stay comfortable.

Du jamais vu, si vous etes totalement sourd vous passerez un bon sejour sinon EVITEZ. Au rc de la residence 2 restaurants sono a fond et donc dans la chambre cest ambiance boite de nuit car aucune isolation phonique.

Fabulous service

The property is modern and the accommodation is of a high standard in decor, facilities and cleanliness. Absolutely loved the studio. Very spacious. I was in room 201 and once the door between the bedroom and the sitting room was closed, I could not hear any noise from the bar downstairs, even on a busy weekend. Highly recommend this property.

Bra läge vid stranden och många restauranger nära

Los apartamentos están muy bien, modernos y limpios, justo enfrente de la playa. Hay un bar y restaurantes justo abajo, así que hay musica hasta las 11am pero no nos molesto nada para dormir. El chico que nos dio la bienvenida fue muy amable.

Slidt hotel, mangelfuld rengøring, fik ikke de bookede værelse men beliggenheden er fantastisk

Llegamos antes y nos dijeron de hacer el check in a las 3 pero cuando llegó la hora la recepción estaba cerrada, preguntamos y nos mandaron a un local que había arriba, allí tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para que nos dieran la llave. Cuando llegamos a la habitación faltaba un cristal que hace de pared entre el baño y la habitación, por lo que las vistas de la cama eran la váter, no había intimidad alguna, ademas el retrete perdía agua por lo que estaba todo el suelo mojado. Cuando pedimos cambio de habitación por una con pared, nos dijeron que era el diseño de la habitación (aunque se veían los enganches del cristal) pero que si había alguna cancelación nos daban otra. El retrete lo arreglaron pero nos dejaron el baño hecho un asco. Pedimos limpieza de habitación y nos dijeron que ese no podían pero que pasaban al siguiente, no fue así, volvimos a escribir pero jamás nos limpiaron la habitación, ni cambiaron las toallas ni nos dieron papel. Sentimos que nos vacilaron durante toda la estancia. Sinceramente la experiencia fue horrible.

Alles gut nur halt laut aber das steht eh weils ein Club ist. Wer es nicht mag soll es nicht buchen sonst sehr freundlich alle. Bei Zimmer 216 fehlt leider der Siphon im Bad also riecht es nach Kanal Aber sehr nett gemacht loud music at night but it's a club and good prices

As we arrived at 3pm the reception was closed. Due to overbooking, the hotel didn’t have our reservation (booked for 4 nights) Tried to call someone who was responsible, on the phone we were informed that all the balcony apartments were fully booked. At least we got a normal studio for 1 night. The next day were they couldn’t offer any room or any alternative. So we asked for a refund and moved to a nicer place
