Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. The restaurant serves Mediterranean, local, Asian, and European cuisines.
I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the amenities were top-notch, with friendly staff, so I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The main bar staff were a bit all over the place, serving the wrong people first and just walking off when people were waiting to be served, but other than that it was perfect!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I was told that i would be charged extra for a simple mocktail — even though it contained no alcohol. On top of that, a restaurant on the property were not included in the package, which defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive in the first place.
Service was equally frustrating. I received a phone call at 10am, waking me up, just to be told I had to vacate the room by 11am — something that could have been communicated more politely or earlier without disturbing my rest.
Staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming throughout my stay. I couldn't help but feel that my Mauritian passport may have influenced how I was treated, even though I reside in the UK. This is the most unprofessional hotel experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, very disappointing as I was looking forward to my stay.

Lovely resort with well maintained facilities. The resort holds up to the standard of luxury, and most definitely deserves the rating of 5 stars. Only downfall is that the food at the buffet is decent at best. I would recommend everyone to stay here, as it is also close to the airport.

The property was gorgeous! The check-in was very slow over half an hour, had to go to three different areas and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our room key because no one was at the third desk.

Second time in Preskil and again quite downgraded service from front desk staff and welcome team. Hotel have great location, solid condition just tricky maneuvers from hotel management and front desk team :-( that’s drowning the value of vacation there.

The hotel is clean and caters for all types of mobility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them and they engage in conversation and very polite.
The massage at the banyan spa was amazing and the on site dive centre, Scuba world, were first class. The equipment was excellent as was the crew who run it.
The hotel food was lovely and there was plenty of variety and choice regardless of your preference. There is even entertainment throughout the day in the pool and at night near to the bar.
You can use the SUP and canoes to explore the lagoon or sunbathe on plenty of loungers.
Would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sad for HB they do not fill the fridge and have no drinks apart from wayer tea coffee. Huge let down. Staff talk between themselves and just ignore you.
Over 1h wait for them to bring us some toilet rolls.
Food is okish alcoholic drinks watered down or ots really cheap stuff they get in.

We enjoyed our one-night stay. Our flight was in the evening but after checking out we were able to use the resort facilities during the day and departure lounge get ready for our flight. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat and pedal boats

Amazing hotel, superb view. The room is beautiful. But for an all inclusive, they put just 2 cans of beer in the mini bar, and they don't fill it the next morning.
If you want to spend time in this beautiful room, you need to bring your own drinks, especially considering the bar is far from the room.
The food is excellent, drinks at the bar are really good.
Overall, really liked it. Excellent hotel.

Buyer be ware...Beautiful property very much quality design and quality material with STUNNING views
However
Some of the absolute worse service I've experienced. Nothing was available in terms of food/drink on an "all inclusive" plan... had to call literally 3-4 times to get even basics like drinking water to the room
The staff across the border were indefirent at best... and on occasion outright rude
As well, the food quality was HORRIBLE. We actually just skipped lunch day 2 all together - it was that bad
Over all a disappointment. Had we paid full price, we got a very big discount on a last minute booking, I would be demanding a refund
I guess it just depends on what you want from your stay.
