The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in. The facilities were clean and modern. The view from the room was beautiful, and the beach was lovely. The dinner buffet could have offered more variety and better options, but breakfast was much better.

From the staff, cleanliness (especially for someone who’s big on that because it adds to my comfortability), activities, facilities and food etc, Preskil Island Resort is thee place to be when your going to Mauritius! I travelled to Mauritius for business and find the Preskil excellent value for money. We chose the half board option and you can just not beat the price we paid for August. Even thought the weather was not great, we had one day and could make full use of all the watersport facilites. There is a glass bottom boat taking you out right in front of the property for snorkkeling and various other water sports. The buffet options are great and caters for everyone. I highly recomment Preskil but it is on the more windy and rainy part of the island.

Le Preskill island resort is nestled by a crystal-clear lagoon on the south east coast of Mauritius. What I liked most about the hotel is the stunning sea view, mountain, additional facilities, restaurant, and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's customer service is truly exceptional. The staff ( Alain, Mackline, Shenaz, Deepak, Ravi Sankonah, Ravi Teelwah, Chrisna, Anand, Pravin, Cindy ) were great, very welcoming and helpful. The food was terrific. The restaurant serves Mediterranean, local, Asian, and European cuisines. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the amenities were top-notch, with friendly staff, so I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I was told that i would be charged extra for a simple mocktail — even though it contained no alcohol. On top of that, a restaurant on the property were not included in the package, which defeats the purpose of booking all-inclusive in the first place. Service was equally frustrating. I received a phone call at 10am, waking me up, just to be told I had to vacate the room by 11am — something that could have been communicated more politely or earlier without disturbing my rest. Staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming throughout my stay. I couldn't help but feel that my Mauritian passport may have influenced how I was treated, even though I reside in the UK. This is the most unprofessional hotel experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, very disappointing as I was looking forward to my stay.

Lovely resort with well maintained facilities. The resort holds up to the standard of luxury, and most definitely deserves the rating of 5 stars. Only downfall is that the food at the buffet is decent at best. I would recommend everyone to stay here, as it is also close to the airport.

The property was gorgeous! The check-in was very slow over half an hour, had to go to three different areas and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our room key because no one was at the third desk.

Second time in Preskil and again quite downgraded service from front desk staff and welcome team. Hotel have great location, solid condition just tricky maneuvers from hotel management and front desk team :-( that’s drowning the value of vacation there.
