Aloft by Marriott Queretaro

Clean room, business friendly, staff is not very attentive and aim not sure if it's because they are attending multiple guests and taking care of multiple tasks while we are in desk.

I asked three times for the staff to bring a pet bed that they offered to provide during the checking. After asking three times over two days, I just gave up. They never came or followed up.

Better before. Shut down one of the restaurants. Food OK in remaining restaurant but nothing to write home about. Basic.

It was not what I expected, the cleanest and upkeep of the hotel was not there. And to top it off , there was no water for over 2 hours.

Nice solid hotel for this area of Queretaro

Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.

The hotel is great, clean and its very relaxing enviorment.

Overall comfortable hotel and location was very good. We loved the pool and billiards table at the lobby. We had a few issues upon arrival with the room (lack of supplies) that were quickly taken care of. Our final invoice differed a bit from our initial book amount as there was confusion as to whether breakfast was included or not.. I ended up paying about $100 over the amount but breakfast was really good and I went ahead and just let it be. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

Great staff.

The staff was amazing. I was traveling with kids and a dog. And they did everything to make the stay so joyful. Especially a thank you to Nico for all his help for all the family.

Quick checkin. Clean room, comfortable and great shower.
