Service was excellent . Pretty view to the ocean

Anyone expecting anything other than a basic hotel will be disappointed. For a place that offers all inclusive option, this hotel has limited food and drink options. Most rooms don’t even have a fridge, or microwave. There’s only one restaurant and the buffet is disgusting. Cut up hot dogs and watery eggs are about as good as it gets. Waiting for an elevator is the most exciting activity this place has. The elevators are disgustingly dirty. Spend a couple of hundred more and go to a decent place in the Caribbean.

Need a small fridge at rooms...the water showers didn't stay at the same temperature.

Terminally Understaffed! Hours to check in, no rooms even with reservations

Hotel is clean and very nice, service was ok. The phone in the room did not work, we reported the problem to the front desk. After reporting it for the 4th time and getting angry at the Supervisor at the front desk, they finally sent someone to look at it. We were traveling with our parents and needed to communicate with them, not having a working phone in the room made things difficult.

It’s very nice location and easy to move around. The room view was amazing.

since the time we arrived, the line to check in was super long, and people coming in to check in and seeing the long line, where hanging out in the front "to ask a quick question" but it was actually to check in. When it was my turn after 2 hours of waiting in line, I told the young lady that they need it to put some type of control in the line, because it was not fair for people waiting and others just walking up and cutting the line. To take the elevators, we had to wait at least ½ an hour. Hour sink was leaking, I reported to the cleaning lady and she reported it right away, but she forgot to leave us towels, when they came to fix the sink I told the 2 men about not having any towels, one of them radio to report it and the towels never came, I called about 50 times at the front desk and was never picked up, the answer machine would pick up after several rings, instructing to leave a message, but was unable because it was full. The next morning I tried again and after the 10th time someone picked up and I told her I felt as if I had won the lottery because she picked up, I continue by telling her that I could of went to get the towels myself but that I didn't want to wait for an hour to get back to my room. The towels showed 45 minutes after, one thing for sure is that I will never stay at this hotel. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Do not lose your key. A charge for any missing door keys or towel key. Never notified cost. Plus had 2 complimentary breakfast but only received one day for one person even though I paid for 4 people. Just be careful. Oh! No hot water

Me ofrecieron todo incluido y e. los restaurantes tardan mucho para darte mesa y muy poca opción para comer si quieres beber alcoho. está bien pero iba con niña , alberca no hay espacio es demasiado angosta

Todo muy bien gracias por su amabilidad y atención aunque afuera del hotel nuestro auto le quitaron la placa y no fue multa por qué fuimos y nos dijeron que nuestra placa no fue multada no sabemos si fue alguien mala leche

No malo, pero el baño es muy pequeño, las luces de los balcones no se puede apagar, aunque hay cortinas black out, siempre entra luz toda la noche. La comida es buena y el personal muy amable.
