Nice place

Nice clean apt. Convenient location. Even the single rooms have a microwave and mini kitchen. The one bedroom can sleep 4 if needed. Good bang for the buck.

Very central location. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Good price. Walk 2 blocks to Walmart and buy groceries, rather than eat out every meal.

We stayed at B10 Distinctive Hotel on the last night of our recent trip to Quintana Roo for our anniversary. It is well located near the main Plaza and walkable for the tourist zone and the playa. We did encounter a problem with Google Maps directing us to a different part of town several blocks away for some reason, but after a consulting with a local we were able to find it literally the next street over from where we had parked to visit the Frida Kahlo Museum. The staff was helpful and friendly with getting our car parked in the secure garage underneath the building and checked in. This property is apparently a condominium that rents out some of the furnished units as a hotel. The unit we had was very well appointed with contemporary furniture and everything you would need to have a comfortable stay including a well equipped kitchen. We didn’t have time to check out the rooftop pool as we had to arise very early to catch our flight home. I found the place to be a great place to stay for a reasonable price and would choose it again if we were to need lodging in that part of Playa Del Carmen in the future.

I booked for a hotel NOT Airbnb!! At the entrance it is written in bold letters B10 Luxury Condos!! This should be made clear so that anyone booking will get what they want.

Spotless! Staff was amazing!!!

Pros: Smaller condo complex, which I liked—it wasn’t overly busy, and most days we had the rooftop almost to ourselves. The pool was small and the water was cold, but it was still a nice place to hang out. The rooms were spacious, the AC worked well, WiFi was good, showers were hot, and the beds were semi-comfortable. The kitchen area was helpful, though it only had the bare basics. Staff were friendly, and the location was great—close to everything. Cons: It can be noisy due to music across the street every night. There also seemed to be renovations happening, as we constantly heard chairs being dragged across the floor at all hours, sometimes as early as 6 a.m. and as late as midnight, which was very annoying. Housekeeping didn’t come every day, which was frustrating since we often needed our garbage emptied. One of the biggest issues was in our specific room: the balcony sliding door locks if you close it fully while you’re outside, which can leave you stuck on the balcony. This is a serious safety concern, especially for children or elderly guests. We actually got stuck, and luckily I had my phone and was able to call my family in another room so they could contact the front desk to come open it. This really needs to be fixed, or at least there should be a large warning sign. It’s natural to close the balcony door to keep the heat out, so this isn’t something most people would think to check. Overall I would recommend staying here!

This was a very big space and was great for 6 quests. It was clean and most everything worked. The hot water however is an issue, It is good for one or maybe two showers before it runs out. The kitchen has no condiments or coffee maker.

Nothing like people coming from the dance club and waking you up at 3 am in the morning and blasting music for a couple of hours and management not doing anything about it . If you don’t mind that . I guess it is decent place

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked great and we loved that Walmart was right around the corner so we could get snacks and drinks for the fridge. I did get scared when it rained because the roof started leaking and we woke up to a big puddle of water under our beds. They need to fix that immediately. Also our driver had issues finding this place because there are two b10s listed in playa del Carmen. Make sure you have the correct address when getting dropped off because it will take you to a sketchy spot about 10 mins away lol

We booked the Deluxe room & it was excellent, more like an apartment with a very spacious kitchen & lounge area, 2 balconies & big bathroom. Great location only a short walk to restaurants/bars/beach. Secure parking. Nice pool. Only downside there was no dishwashing liquid or brush to do the dishes which is needed.

Building was clean staff was nice and very well located.

Pleasant staff and convenient location for us. Near Walmart and Playa square. You do not have an ocean view if that's what you're looking for.

Le rapport qualité prix pour Playa est parfait, à 5 minutes à pied de la rue piétonne, la jeune femme a l’accueil adorable.
