the property is great, too bad the pool is too cold since it doesn't have heating, the area is close to downtown but quite inaccesible

A good quiet location with an accommodating staff.

Upon Arrival to location to the hotel if we can actually call it that. I felt like I was at a prison entrance. Upon Checking in there was no proper reception area, I traveled with 2 disabled senior citizens and was placed in a room far from all amenities When I notified the lady who checked us in, she couldn’t care less as well she had an attitude. She only provided paperwork in Spanish and when we speak English and she knew already that. As well, I was displeased with the room. Room had broken headboard for the beds which is a safety hazard, the receptionist couldn’t give a care in the world. After being there for 20 minutes we wanted to leave and get our money back she wouldn’t refund us at all even though Hotels.com representative (I spoke to on chat) called the hotel to express our concerns and to encourage them to refund us back the money and she wouldn’t want to budge. I even negotiated with the lady but no when I asked to speak to a manager she wouldn’t allow me to stating there wasn’t one there and she wouldn’t let me get the contact information for the manager but she was texting the manager Via WhatsApp. My family and I left because it was a safety hazard to stay. Stay away from this hotel don’t let the photos trick you like it did to me. Avoid this place at all cost.

The staff was great, beautiful property .

This place is pretty but our room had many malfunctions the toilet didn't work, our light was flickering, bad WiFi, sheets were more like rag material,the shower temperature was either extremely hot or cold. The price wasn't worth in my opinion. The restaurant is very good, great chef but there were ants on the table unfortunately.We tried to call for help no one would answer, they gave us a bucket to fix our toilet. They had a heater, safe and hairdryer but the room was alright itself. Place is kinda hidden we had to walk to find taxis. Staff was pretty nice but not super helpful. Overall poor experience won't be renting here again though...

Great place, food excellent, plaster around the pool was chipping and hurts when you step on it, needs repair. Staff are great!

The staff was so friendly and helpful- helped me get a taxi early in the AM, had breakfast available a little early, etc. However the pool was in bad shape (so I didn’t use it- it’s a reason I booked this place), and my room was very smelly and loud. It wasn’t expensive and felt like a safe place to stay.

Casa Yunenisa was like a dream!! The staff was all very kind and accommodating. The pool and common areas were SO beautiful and relaxing and clean. As well as the rooms. I loved it all so much! The continental breakfast was great but there’s also a full menu to choose from (for a cost) until 12pm if you want something more. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

The hotel is a lovely property, family friendly, outdoor pool and limited dining facilities. Free coffee, juice and toast in the morning plus a decent breakfast menu. Not open for lunch or dinner and nothing decent within a 15 minute walk. The hotel has no morning hot water, the TV did not operate form on/off from the remote, the heating unit requires an engineer to operate. It was located far further from La Reforma than indicated by the map and taxis were basically $150 pesos wherever you went. It is not handicp accessible - at least not easily although it could be done I guess. I enjoyed my stay but sadly will not be returning.

Los jardines y áreas naturales que tienen son muy lindos y están muy bien cuidados. La atención fue muy buena y el desayuno rico. Está incluido el continental, si quieres algo más tiene costo extra, pero tienen muy buenos precios y buena cocina. El único contra es que las paredes son delgadas y se escucha mucho el ruido fuera de las habitaciones. Nos estuvieron despertando personas que llegaban de fiesta en tacones, y en nuestra habitación se escuchaba el timbre de la entrada.

Incredible place, the scenery and vibe of the property is top class. The hostess was remarkable she went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed

The stairs were a problem for me and dispite my request I was hiven a room with additional flight of stairs. In fairness my request was late. Also there is no proper window in bedroom area and the bed was VERY noicey on one side...gave impression it was breaking. Everything else was wonderful. I loved the view and fresh fruit in the morning.

Un lugar bastante ameno y relajado, algo retirado pero no batallamos para transporte aunq si algo caro pero el hotel bien y el personal muy amable todo el tiempo, la comida muy rica y el lugar limpio y seguro.
