City Express by Marriott Tampico

I stayedin the 4th floor and Sofia was an amazing housekeeper she kept the room very tidy and clean and is also a great housekeeper! And the rest of the staff of the hotel are very nice and kind and very attentive !

Sofi esta encargada del piso donde estuve hospedada, Sofi hace una limpieza excepcional y cada detalle que hace lo hace con mucho amor y como deja la habitacion impecable😊 y el staff de recepcion y la persona de encargar a dejarte en algun lugar que necesites son todoa personas maravillosas y super atentos, recomiendo el City Express plaza Herradura 100%😊

Staff are very helpful and friendly the room was extremely clean and perfectly neat the food excellent even thoiugh it was a bit to spicy for me!

El staff hizo todo lo posible hacer mi estancia de una semana mas agradable a pesar de los problemas que encontré. Lamentablemente ya me habían cambiado de habitación 2 veces y aún así había problemas. El primer cambio fue por olor muy fuerte de drejane proveniente de la regadera y lavabo. El segundo cambio fue por el internet y la cobertura dentro de la habitación era nula. (7mo piso) En la ultima habitación (2do piso) a donde fui cambiado era una que estaba conjunta con otra con una puerta de por medio en donde se escuchaba el ronquido del huesped de a lado, algo que no deberia pasar en hoteles. En esta misma tuve unas cuantas cucarachas que igual salian del baño. Esto ultimo creo es lo que mas deberían de considerar al ser un hotel que debe cumplir con medidas basicas de higiene y no un hotel de paso.

I like the hotel location, the staff is nice. However the bed sheets, the shower curtains and towels are very old and gross me out a bit.

El aire acondicionado no enfríaba y hacía muchísimo ruido; las toallas y sábanas se veían viejas y percudidas; salió una cucaracha enorme en el baño y olía mal la habitación; reservé por error en ese hotel pero no vuelvo a regresar

I like every bit of it staff, facility, buffet and mostly being that im disable they accomidated me thank u city express will stay their again

* A nightmare for noise: water pressure issues caused a very loud drone to constantly echo through the walls so bad we had to use noise canceling earbuds. * An ant infestation throughout the bathroom had us squishing them every day, and I do literally mean “infestation”. * When requesting no cleaning in our room, we still had people entering (Herman the daytime manager eventually got that corrected, but noteworthy nonetheless) *Phone never communicated to the front desk so we had to go downstairs to talk to someone.

I rate my stay excellent.
