Crowne Plaza Torreon by IHG

No pool , no email to let us know about no pool in service before reservation .

The hotel is under renovation. Some areas are closed and services moved to other sections. This should be advertised so customer know in advance. The pool which looks nice, was out of service due to maintenance. The pool was one of the main things that draw us to the Crown Plaza, there were no signs indicating the pool closure. customers should be advised in advance.

We have stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The room is always cleaned well, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!

The only problem is the hot top don't work properly

We were not told that the a/c was not working. the hotel and room were too warm. we did speak with front desk who confirmed the problem and made arrangements for us to go to another hotel. I only wish they would have given us that option before checking in to our room.

It looks good but they need to make their sauna work , jacuzzi not working

Need improvements like fridge and microwave in rooms, a/c noise, and two machines in gym didn’t work. Food is good and friendly staff

Its a great atmosphere, the only thing is that the spa is not open and apparently they dont have an opening date.

No había habitaciones para silla de ruedas disponible, pedimos una silla para poder bañar a mi mama y no se pudo usar por la tina, el baño de silla de ruedas en el área de la alberca estaba fuera de servicio, el boton de Alberca en el elevador de en medio no funcionaba, deben de tomar en cuenta de que no solo con dos habitaciones es suficiente para gente con silla de ruedas, deben de mejorar este aspecto y contar con silla para el baño no son caras y harian una gran diferencia deben de ser mas empaticos y realmente hacer las instalaciones para que se puedan usar con silla de ruedas, no todas las personas con silla de ruedas se pueden mover y tienen que entrar otra persona con ella, hagan pruebas o bien busquen asesores para realmente se puedan usar las instalaciones.
