No muy amable la recepcionista

Do not stay unless you want to be awake all night long, Hotel has security personnel that don't do their job, We stayed 6 nights, 4 nights our neighbor had noise from 9pm to 4am. noise that was able to hear from the hallway, not only from our room, called and complaint the second night, they lower the volume, but the third night, called again, but for some reason the noise room pickup the call, asked to lower noise, they called the front desk, and security instead of asking them to lower volume, they ask me not to call them, the last day the floor drain in the restroom had black water, the bathroom door lock is loose.

The best place you could stay,staff was helpful and friendly they kept my room and restroom clean every day I would visit here again

Is a hookers hotels, no ac, full of prostitutes in the entrance and reception.

Friendly professional staff. Always very clean. Big room (King size option) cold AC .hot/cold water.Good price. Huge TV . Very comfortable bed and pillows . Breakfast was ok but needs to change menu . Slow elevator Next door to Walmart ! 4mins walk to Metro Station Nativitas (although was closed during my stay not Hotel fault world cup remodeling ). There was another metro station about 20 mins walk away (Villa de Cortez ) . I was offered tours at the hotel. Location about 2 metro rides from Bellas Artes/Zocalo. 2 metro rides from Polanco/Roma Norte 2 Metro rides fron Chapultepec Castle and Angel of Independence .

Hello, This hotel was terribly dirty and someone attempted to get into our hotel room at 3:25am. I would like a full refund !!! This is disgraceful!

Very excellent! Little abit single room no A/C, provided small fan when room warm. Need structural vents exhausting. Would consider comeback to this hotel like my home !

If you are tourist do expect much from Breakfast buffet. I Don’t recommend the Coffee to anyone, yet they don’t provide Kettle, only microwave in lobby.

mejorar el bufet, el personal atender los platillos varias veces no tenían los alimentos porque no atendían el bufet. pienso que el hotel se puede recomendar solo si mejora la atención al bufet. gracias por su atencion

Yo pienso ke en el desayuno deberían de poner algo extra no se casi siempre lo mismo estuve 4 días y fue lo mismo lo mismo creo kse debe ser más creativo con el mismo dinero no hablo de poner cosas caras si no de creatividad

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and overall, I truly enjoy it. The location is excellent—very easy to move around the city, with a Walmart around the corner and several convenient places nearby. It’s a practical and comfortable option for getting from place to place without complications. As a side note, it’s important to mention that the hotel does not offer invoicing (factura) when the reservation is paid directly through Expedia, which may be relevant for travelers who require tax receipts. Regarding the stay itself, the hotel is small compared to others in the area, but it remains clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is not the best, but it still adds value to the overall experience. Despite its simplicity, it’s fresh, convenient, and a nice way to start the day. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will absolutely stay here again.
