The problem is the bathroom: no hand soap, not available in a dispenser neither a bar, you need to take it from the dispenser inside the shower.
The other fail: the faucet, is too small or wrong placed: you ended up or spilling around the water or hitting the nuckles against the sink.

The bathrooms at the pool area were not clean.
Also mosquitos and leaves inside the pool. People were smoking and cooking outside and it was nit properly clean the next day when we went back to the pool area

Front desk needs training. had a hard time at check inn. Lady was busy would just look at his computer for at least 10 minutes before he helped me. Check out I left early had open voucher for an extra day. Front desk told me he did not know how to close voucher. He would email me receipt when the other employee showed up. Never got the email.
