muy bonito hotel, la senorita de la tarde con lentes, se me olvido su nombre. Ella nos hizo sentir en casa, y nos explico la historia del hotel y las hermosas pinturas del hotel. Fue super atenta con nosotras, ya que era la primera vez que nos quedamos en el centro de Puebla. Ella tambien nos dio informacion sobre los eventos en Puebla y nos ordeno taxi para el aeropuerto,para el dia siguiente.Ya es el hotel preferido de mi mama cuando regrese a Puebla. Muchisimas gracias por ser tan linda con nosotras y por ayudarle ami mama!!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Andante. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para caminar por el centro de Puebla y visitar el zócalo, museos y llegar al punto de encuentro para salidas a Tours (zócalo de Puebla) Excelente atención por parte del personal tanto en la recepción y el servicio a la habitación como de la limpieza del cuarto. Sin duda alguna, ¡regresaríamos!

Good location. Friendly warm staff. But the music theme, cheap composer “portraits” and gaudy but tired colors were a bit much. Velvet headboards! Velvet cannot be cleaned. Great location!

Let me tell you why we are disappointed. When we booked online the only question was do you need smoking or non smoking. there was no question/option about AC / non AC. First night we could not sleep even for a minute as the room was without AC . we talked to manager wo said there was no AC room available. second day with lots of request they gave us AC room but charged additional US $ 43 for a night. very angry.

My husband and I differ on our opinion of our stay here. He and I both liked it for the convenience and its proximity to the park (zocalo) and general area, such as close to Starbucks and also The Italian Coffee company. I liked how it was close to many shops to shop at. We were disappointed in the internet at this hotel. We had trouble connecting and staying connected. If you are in a situation where your smart phone didn't work or you had no service and needed wi-fi be aware that this may not be the best place for this reason. I had to run to Starbucks just to contact another family member someplace else through Whatsapp. The place is generally clean and the beds were comfy, I had no idea that they served breakfast here, something that the desk clerk in the small lobby didn't inform me. It is a light breakfast, and so if you are good with a ham and Swiss croissant with coffee--you should be fine. The bathroom was clean, but the towels are a little old/worn and the bathroom lacked floor mats.

A warning to all Americans. Do NOT stay at this hotel. I booked my stay through Expedia. They asked for my card upon my arrival, I assumed it was for incidentals. They charged me a second time. When I noticed the charge i confronted management. They said they would call Expedia and fix it. I ended up having to call Expedia only to find out the hotel never attempted to refund my money. Now I must wait 7 business days for my refund. I budgeted exactly what I needed for this trip and this hotel screwed me over big time. DO NOT STAY HERE. Aside from the double charging, the AC’s don’t work, room service is terrible, and there’s an extremely loud night club across the street that goes hard until 4am. Trust me, just find another hotel.

A very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Puebla! The music and art theme are carried throughout the property, with classical music heard everywhere! Finally, background music that isn't head-throbbing! A fine hotel!

Toda la parte del lobby huele a comida todo el dia, el estacionamiento esta suoer lejos y es muy incomodo tener que ir caminando a dejar y recoger el auto, Mi habitación no tenia Aire acondicionado y fue muy incomoda mi estancia
