Hotel Arrecife Plus

This is a very good hotel within the context of the area and price. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room and lobby were maintained spotless and beds comfortable. There are good restaurants in walkable distance. The zocalo is a few blocks away and there is a great natural foods restaurant nearby called La Botanica, a nice surprise among teaditional.fare. taxi is required to ger ro the beaches but the price is very affordable.

Very outdated facility. Too much junk stored in the pool area and bathroom out of service. Too much noise from ac unit condensers.

The front desk staff were very helpful with my limited Spanish and helped me get to the airport. Very okay for solo female traveller. Felt safe. Amenities were ok for the price.

Good staff

We were next to recieption, we couñd hear evey people said allá night. When I asked of we coud be moved they said no. I would of been More confortable in my car. Many hotel close by.

Everything a budget option should be. Helpful and friendly staff — I arrived hungry and late, and night staff recommended a taco/quesadilla option diagonally across the street I]which had no signage and I would otherwise havr]e missed. The hotel’s own restaurant had good breakfasts. AC was quick and efficient. I don’t travel for TV, but it was nice to have a TV with a wide range of options.

Good for just a one night sleep. But not for longer stay.

An excellent choice for value, location close to el centro, a nice pool, and excellent breakfast.

Una buena opción si buscas un hotel céntrico y barato. Tiene un restaurante para desayunar con buen precio y sazón. Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue que me tocó en una habitación cercana a la recepción por lo que era un poco ruidosa. Si sólo lo vas a ocupar para descansar porque estarás todo el día en la playa o dando el rol por Huatulco, es una gran opción.

I booked seven nights through Travelocity. I checked in and found a very basic room with a hard bed. I went to take a shower and found a large hole in the shower area about 24x24 starting at 6 foot high. NOT a nice place but ok for the price I thought. The problems started on the third night....A group checked in and got very LOUD...it gets worse. The hole in the shower became a microphone for a drunk guy singing in the room next door. The children started screaming and slamming doors so hard my room rattled. I tried to ask them to tone it down but no. 10:00PM I went to the front desk and complained but was ignored. The door slams and screaming went on till at least 2am ( I fell asleep). I went to talk to a MANAGER the next morning but nobody spoke a word of English. Went round and round until I said I wanted OUT with a refund of four unused nights. The owner came to my room and said if I left before NOON checkout time he would refund. I packed and gave the front desk the keys before noon. NO REFUND !! No ROOM I had to pay cash at another hotel, BUT it was so good to get out of that place. I contacted Travelocity and NO help there !!

Great place to stay and close to the centre of town. Clean, friendly and the pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach.

This hotel isn't fancy but is an excellent value. It's on the edge of down town and a very short walk to the Zocalo, shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is good and at a great price. My room, # 13, was spotless and very comfortable thanks to the AC. I had trouble with the wifi but most likely it was me. I would stay here again. A little Spanish will go a long way in this neck of the woods.

Buena estancia, me gustó y me respetaron el precio de internet. Solucionaron un inconveniente de forma satisfactoria a la petición. La alberca buena para relajarse después del mar.

Me gustó mucho ya que es accesible en lo económico y las habitaciones de arriba son amplias las de planta baja son más pequeñas , lo que sí deben llevar es efectivo ya que no cuentan con terminal bancaria
