It’s nothing special, but perfect if you’re only going to sleep there!

This is a great location in the heart of the north. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Close walk to beaches and walking trails. Great for a solo traveller or a couple in their king size room with balcony. Very quaint and charming atmosphere with Mexican nostalgia.

It was reasonably priced. 80 a night. Would have asked for lower floor.

The staff were very friendly and the room was on top of a restaurant. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included every morning and the hotel is centrally located on the midsts of restaurants shops and a short walk to the beach.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Almost zero interaction with staff except for check in and check out. Daily cleaning was very good. Food at Rolondi's restaurant was excellent. Very nice accommodations.

Clean room, good a/c

Hotel us smack downtown, tiny stairs to get to your room. Clean room, bathroom was a bit ran down but clean and comfortable room. The stairs to get up to your room is very narrow and hard to get luggage up. But location was great, walking distance to the beautiful north beach.

If you need a cheap, close to everything, relatively clean hotel- this is it. The receptionist wasn’t there for check in. We waited a good 15-20 mins until a kind gentleman from the restaurant helped us. The hotel is quite loud. The only quiet time is between midnight and six-ish am. It shares a building with a restaurant and so their noise is heard in the room; even when closed- the restaurant staff is quite loud. Location is perfect- walkable to many areas (Isla is small).

Have stayed at multiple places on the island this is probably average. Nothing fancy, great location, clean. Bathrooms have some issues. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay again for the price.

Wow. Nasty room. No towels. No bottle water available. Smelled liked mold. Took the L and booked another place even though this one was not refundable. do not stay here. Were are not very bougie but this was BAD

This is a cute little hotel, right in the middle of all the shopping and dining! I had to teach remotely for a couple days and the WiFi is super strong. We’d stay there again!

The staff are very nice but I found the property to be unclean. I moved rooms because I felt unsafe in the room I was in. They accommodated this which I was happy about but then mixed up myself and the person who stated in my original room after me and tried to say I hand not paid for my reservation which was not true. I had my receipt and credit card statement to prove I paid. Unfortunately they also tried to bill my credit card for the reservation I had already paid for, causing my credit card company to put fraud alerts on my credit card. They tried to bill me multiple times which was upsetting to me. The location is great but I won’t stay here again. Also there are no blankets on the beds only sheets and I was quite cold for a couple of nights.

I stayed in rm 14 negative- Fan didnt work, bloody stain bed sheets, stained sheets even though they were cleaned, they didnt have sm wash clothes towels, they only give you 1 hand towel, no floor towel, hot water takes 3 mins to come out, old property, on top of a pizzeria so faint smell of garlic, noisy due to restaurant noises and mariachi singing. Has a small window about 2 foot wide with no curtain so i was afraid someone can look into it. One in bed room and one in restroom. Window can be opened, i just happened to check the windows and both were unlocked. So check windows. My flight was early so i asked front desk if someone would be at front desk at 530am and i was told yes but when i went to front desk no one was there and the doors were locked and all lights were off. Even though they say 24/7 front desk service, not true. I was afraid i could not get out to make it to my flight. I figured how to unlock doors, phew. Not near beach so you will not have ocean view. You will get building view. No pool. Positive- right in the middle of restaurants and shopping, close to north beach, groceries store, and the ferry. Staff friendly and helpful. AC worked awesome. Mattress new, no bed bugs, working TV, working fridge, comfy king size bed, has a glass door in front of room door to block noises and smell, so smell would have been worse without it. I did not get daily housekeeping, this was by choice. So i don't know how well they cleaned rooms. Very small property.
