It is located near the intersection of Insurgentes and Reforma which is a major intersection in Mexico City. There are bus routes in several directions to all parts of the City. New great bakery a half block away and an excellent grocery store next door. I have been staying here for years and highly recommend this economical hotel.

I booked thru Expedia, got my confirmation number, but once I got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any reservation. I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. If they see that it’s happening with a lot of potential customers why don’t they (Mallorca hotel) call Expedia and tell them that they don’t have any rooms available? It really sucks because it was a long flight, and we had to go thru that and to top it off we still had to find some where eles to stay. Very frustrating.

Room had previous trash from other staying before us.we found bed bugs in the room.

Recepcion pesima con los recepcionistas comiendo mientras te atendian, eso fue muy anti-igienico, señora de limpieza muy amable y servicial, hay buenos shops en el area La primera noche tube almoadas muy malas. La señora de la limpieza fue muy amable y cambiarmelas al dia siguiente, fue la unica persona cordial en todo el hotel.

Mi esposa tenía una reserva de dos noches. El hotel no la registró hasta las 23:00. No había agua en la habitación. Se fue por la mañana. No ha habido respuesta a su solicitud de reembolso. Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.
