The view is amazing, and the price is great. No hot water in the room my elderly parents stayed in and the room I was in had a balcony with broken railing. The remote to the TV didn’t work even after getting a second one. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was not great and very pricey.

La chapa del cuarto no se servía no se ocupaba la llave para entrar se abría sin llave. No había agua caliente . La TV no hay internet y no se puede ver nada porque es TV Roku. El aire acondicionado tirando muchísimo hielo.

en si el hotel es muy bonito...la ubicacion provilegiada soloq ue las instalciones ya estan deterioradas, en nuestra habitacion batallamos mucho con la luz, el barandar de nuestra terraza estaba por caerse literalmente...la television muy pequeña respecto a la camida esta estaba sin sabor...cenamos y desayuamos en las instalaciones y la verdad queda a deber el sabor y el precio bastante alto

La estadia y atencion todo muy bien, nos preocupo un poco la limpieza exterior, la basura que puede llegar al mar, haria mas carteles señalando cuidar el medio ambiente no tirando basura o agregando mas canastos de basureros, hacer enfasis a los visitantes que junten y tiren adecuadamente la basura.

Estuvo excelente el hospedaje en el hotel, solo faltó que regresara la persona de servicio a instalar el cristal de la ventana del baño que estaba quebrada misma que se reporto desde el primer día! Fuera de eso estuvo excelente para ser un hotel antiguo.

El hotel es bonito, viejo... pero bonito.! Lamentablemente ninguna de las 2 noches que estuvimos ahí pudimos dormir , debido a nuestros vecinos de la habitación de arriba, al comunicarnos con recepción simplemente NO HICIERON NADA y su excusa fue que no podian hacer nada con ese tipo de situaciones, que era un hotel y que a eso iba la gente.! Erróneamente podria decirles que como yo, MUCHA GENTE VA A DESCARSAR, si tienen oportunidad de quedarse en este hotel, ahórrensela , hay hoteles más bonitos, más modernos y MUCHO MAS ECONOMICOS que este.!

Beautiful property, but card for door would deactivate on us every time we would go out. We spent more time at the lobby trying to get it fixed than in our actual room. We had to move rooms because the hot water wouldn’t work either!

Se escuchaba demasiado ruido de una tubería del baño, si hay evento deportivo no debería haber evento de boda porque es demasiado el ruido , todo se escucha, la gota del grifo , está muy descuidado y no sirvió el wifi nunca, la TV no sirvió . Demasiado ruido no pudimos descansar nada y teníamos evento 4 am
