Nice experience in the kapsules, thay can defenetly improve the bathrooms, lockers and dining areas!

The shower and toilet area was disgusting, the breakfast was terrible and the guy working on reception was drunk

It is perfect for a short stay. It really does the job for the price paid! I went twice on this trip.

Nice quirky spot. I would stay here again, despite some shortfalls that I think could be implemented to make the experience a bit more seamless. Pods are great, though it would be nice to have some sort of sound proofing. One of the 2 showers in the male restroom was out of service, and the other one had low water pressure - not to mention it wasn’t as clean as I’d figure for a shared space that’s commonly used. The shower rooms or restrooms could use a bench or more hangers for clothes, especially given the room there is.

Tiene buena hubicacion, de 15 a 20 min caminando al porque central, catedral de san Ildefonso. Y el transporte público pasa frente al hotel.

Is good

The staff were very nice. The sleeping capsules themselves are great. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, AC and TV. It's the "everything else" thats the problem. There isn't room in this hotel to bend your elbow too quickly for fear you might hit someone in the face. There's no privacy. Both the toilets and the showers were disgusting every single day (5 days) that I was there and smelled terrible. The lighting was automatic and would switch off roughly every 10 seconds while using the shower and so suddenly it was pitch black, which is pretty inconvenient when you have soap in your eyes and don't really wanna touch the ground because it's so dirty already. It's also in a pretty ugly part of a city which, honestly, is one of the most uniquely beautiful I have ever visited in my life.

Coming from Ireland. I don’t speak any Spanish. But Fernando was very kind and was able to speak English. The pods are nice and very private. I also enjoyed the area it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the centre! Great choice!

The pods were so comfy, unique, and fun to stay in! The staff were great!

I think it was a really nice experience, but not for multiple nights, it gets very cramped in there with two people at night and is relatively hot but other than that I loved it more for a vibe session less for sleeping

Muy bien lugar si viajas solo

En general la experiencia se siente poco satisfactoria, principalmente por que es un edificio antiguo que trataron de adaptar para brindar el servicio de hospedaje en cápsulas, pero no está estrictamente diseñado y pensado para eso. Entonces las áreas se sienten forzadas, reducidas, sucias y desgastadas. La colchoneta de la cápsula apenas y brinda un soporte, se perciben honores de humedad y poca ventilación. En fin, como experiencia está bien, pero definitivamente no regresaría.

En general muy bien la estancia. La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable y la cápsula es súper cómoda, por las mañanas incluye café y waffles cosa que está muy bien. Sin embargo hay muchos detalles que podrían mejorar como el aroma que cuando uno entra al área de cápsulas; los baños que ya se ven un poco deteriorados y no hay agua caliente; el piso en general y la pintura en los muros de los baños. Yo me volvería a hospedar ahí.

La verdad muy sucio el baño ! , los pisos , la cocina , también ofrecen cosas que no tienen, como estacionamiento, el desayuno es un poco engaño por que tienen una waflera y tienes que hacer tú la masa y cocinar ! Además de estas súper sucio todo . Lo bueno es el personal muy amable , no tenían ni secador de cabello ! Yo ninlanusonpero me mojé mucho las botas en la moto y no se secaron en tres días por la humedad que hay en el hostal ! Las cápsulas un engaño son literas forradas con plástico no se puede dormir con el ruido de los demás que no respetan el reglamento , además de que no funciona la televisión , los espacios son muy mal planeados no hay donde cambiarse de ropa !, calidad y precio la verdad hay mejores alternativas por casi el mismo precio .

Excelente trato y apoyo del personal que me recibió. Esta cómodo pero si es muy ruidoso en general ya que es como plástico hasta el moverte sonaba. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las cápsulas de junto o del pasillo en común. Te apoyan al resguardar tus cosas sin problemas y las áreas en común todo limpio y cómodas.

El personal muy atento y servicial, algunas instalaciones no funcionaban, como una de las regaderas, los retretes no tenían asientos o estaban flojos, se notaba que tenían tiempo sin ser limpiados a conciencia, las cápsulas muy cómodas y silenciosas pero al menos la mía no cantaba con un enchufe para cargar aparatos eléctricos, cuenta con un puerto USB C pero no sirve para cargarlos, en general una estancia pasable
