Nice experience in the kapsules, thay can defenetly improve the bathrooms, lockers and dining areas!

The shower and toilet area was disgusting, the breakfast was terrible and the guy working on reception was drunk

It is perfect for a short stay. It really does the job for the price paid! I went twice on this trip.

Nice quirky spot. I would stay here again, despite some shortfalls that I think could be implemented to make the experience a bit more seamless. Pods are great, though it would be nice to have some sort of sound proofing. One of the 2 showers in the male restroom was out of service, and the other one had low water pressure - not to mention it wasn’t as clean as I’d figure for a shared space that’s commonly used. The shower rooms or restrooms could use a bench or more hangers for clothes, especially given the room there is.

Tiene buena hubicacion, de 15 a 20 min caminando al porque central, catedral de san Ildefonso. Y el transporte público pasa frente al hotel.

The staff were very nice. The sleeping capsules themselves are great. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, AC and TV. It's the "everything else" thats the problem. There isn't room in this hotel to bend your elbow too quickly for fear you might hit someone in the face. There's no privacy. Both the toilets and the showers were disgusting every single day (5 days) that I was there and smelled terrible. The lighting was automatic and would switch off roughly every 10 seconds while using the shower and so suddenly it was pitch black, which is pretty inconvenient when you have soap in your eyes and don't really wanna touch the ground because it's so dirty already. It's also in a pretty ugly part of a city which, honestly, is one of the most uniquely beautiful I have ever visited in my life.

Coming from Ireland. I don’t speak any Spanish. But Fernando was very kind and was able to speak English. The pods are nice and very private. I also enjoyed the area it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the centre! Great choice!

The pods were so comfy, unique, and fun to stay in! The staff were great!

I think it was a really nice experience, but not for multiple nights, it gets very cramped in there with two people at night and is relatively hot but other than that I loved it more for a vibe session less for sleeping

El baño de hombres es asqueroso, insalubre y sin sentadera en las tazas. Al interior de las capsulas el olor a sucio es fuerte, la sabana que te entregan es pequeña y tienes que usar para cubrir la colchoneta o taparte, dicho sea de paso obvio que necesitas cubrir la colchoneta por que no sabes quien estuvo antes.

Es un buen lugar para tener un poco de privacidad y conocer Mérida, con muy buen precio

La cápsula es una experiencia nueva , divertida , y agradable . Las tienen muy bien mantenidas y limpias . Son cómodas . Lo único es que el cargador Usb de la cápsula no funciona y dentro no hay lugar para cargar tu celular , afuera si en las áreas públicas. Los baños recomendaría remodelarlos porque su concepto está increíble, sería lo único que faltará para que fuera una gran experiencia, ya que uno no puede cambiarse dentro del baño, no hay vestidores , uno se las tiene que ingeniar y pues si se ven limpios los baños pero descuidados . Tip extra: Llevar tapones de oído para descansar .Es inevitable el ruido ya que el simple movimiento en la cápsula ocasiona ruidos involuntarios porque no es aislante de ruido y llevar sandalias de baño .

Las habitaciones muy bien, servicio excelente , solo recomendaría mantenimiento a las regaderas y baños.

El personal fue muy amable, las cápsulas son novedosas, frescas y se descansa bien. Espero regresar pronto

Muy bien lugar si viajas solo

En general la experiencia se siente poco satisfactoria, principalmente por que es un edificio antiguo que trataron de adaptar para brindar el servicio de hospedaje en cápsulas, pero no está estrictamente diseñado y pensado para eso. Entonces las áreas se sienten forzadas, reducidas, sucias y desgastadas. La colchoneta de la cápsula apenas y brinda un soporte, se perciben honores de humedad y poca ventilación. En fin, como experiencia está bien, pero definitivamente no regresaría.

En general muy bien la estancia. La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable y la cápsula es súper cómoda, por las mañanas incluye café y waffles cosa que está muy bien. Sin embargo hay muchos detalles que podrían mejorar como el aroma que cuando uno entra al área de cápsulas; los baños que ya se ven un poco deteriorados y no hay agua caliente; el piso en general y la pintura en los muros de los baños. Yo me volvería a hospedar ahí.

La limpieza fue impecable y el personal muy amable mi estancia fue satisfactoria
