We stayed in the one BR suite with the kitchenette, which was really spacious. Overall, great stay, the only downside was that we could hear our neighbors in the adjoining room through the door that separates the room. Food with breakfast was excellent. Great location. I stayed for three nights at Hotel Las Brisas Mérida and had a great experience overall. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help with local recommendations and transportation. The location is excellent — close enough to the historic center to walk or take a quick taxi, but in a quiet area that feels relaxed and safe. My room was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned (a must in Mérida’s heat!). The pool area was lovely for relaxing after exploring the city, and the breakfast each morning was simple but fresh and tasty. It’s a charming boutique-style hotel with great value for the price. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida.

Súper ubicado, el cuarto muy amplio y moderno, todo de primer nivel. Lo único fue que una vez que usabas las amenities (como la shower cap o las toallitas faciales) no las volvían a dejar. Tampoco se llevaban los vasos sucios.

Es demasiado largo el tema y la verdad ya hice un debate con la señorita Jennifer Lozano solo me queda por darle las gracias an Ella por ser bien receptiva y profesional. Dueño de este Hotel este mensaje es para usted NUNCA deben de negarle un micronondas a una familia que pago mas de 1000 dólares por su estancia y además con el Hotel casi vacio tiene que escoger mejor su team de Front Desk ya que ese es la imagen del Hotel es el filtro principal que les proporciona a ustedes la s opiniones y los reviews . Otras cosas mas hubieron malas pero la señorita Jennifer le puede ampliar mas . Potencial mucho que les Falta una revision mas exhaustiba de quienes los van a representar .

There wasn’t hot water when I was having a shower, I complain about it at the front desk and they didn’t say anything. No even an apology. It is suppose that is a 4 star hotel. At the front desk they told me the restaurants closes at 11:00 pm and I wasn’t able to order at 10:30 pm,the waitress didn’t tell us they close the kitchen at 10:30 pm. When we went to the the pool it wasn’t on service, they say they were cleaning it. Nobody told us anything when we reserved.

El hotel me agradó. No lo había visitado. Me gustó el tamaño de las habitaciones. Buen trato de los empleados en general. Dos cosas no me agradaron únicamente. Que el sistema de aire acondicionado estaba siempre encendido y hacía mucho ruido todo el tiempo. Que la carta intenta ser yucateca con un toque dude vanguardia. Pero no les sale bien. Ni es cocina de autor destacada, ni es comida yucateca. Sugiero que revisen su menú y amplíen la carta.

This property was absolutely stunning! I was blown away by the picturesque property, the cleanliness and the location was also close to most sites. It had a parking deck. The rooms were so clean and rustic. I appreciated the extra attention in receiving a wine bottle with our stay. I will be returning!

Las Brisas is a beautifully appointed modern hotel with an urban/jungle vibe. The hotel as was in a good location. It’s in a mostly residential neighborhood but within walking distance to the Paseo de Montejo. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub in the very private balcony/terrace was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Their restaurant is a must visit for at least one breakfast and dinner. Absolutely delicious! The staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and return.
