Las Brisas is a beautifully appointed modern hotel with an urban/jungle vibe. The hotel as was in a good location. It’s in a mostly residential neighborhood but within walking distance to the Paseo de Montejo. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub in the very private balcony/terrace was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Their restaurant is a must visit for at least one breakfast and dinner. Absolutely delicious! The staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and return.

Very nice rooms, quiet location, no unwanted noise, staff very helpful, excellent restaurant. Very nice architecture and integration of trees into hotel layout.

If pool is not working Costumers should me let know in advance. Nonetheless hotel allows us a late 4 pm check out due to inconvenience- which was nice.

I was told that the upgrade was not available, But that was an upgrade available above the one I qualified with Expedia for a fee
The host was not friendly or helpful. I have to asked for the upgrade and the bottle of wine that was removed from my room after the first night.

The hotel os beautiful, modern and all tje facilities in excellent conditions, the attention and services were great all the time. We had an small issue at the checking with some non pre-notification of extra charges for the pet but it was solved. Very good experience in general.

2nd day they another chef and food was fantastic!!!!
Had Victor for our waiter twice and we give him a A
People working the front desk had it together. Rest of the staff including restaurant staff seemed very unorganized!!

Wonderful beautiful hotel! Close proximity to paseo Montejo which had lots of amazing food and shopping options. Hotel is newer and you can tell - rooms are sooo nice. Bathroom is huge! Restaurant is amazing. Their brunch is so good and their French toast is to die for! Had the lunch tacos and they’re possibly the best tacos ever.

My room was so dirty specially the badroom, zero maintenance, my lamp flashed all the time, I regrated staying there.
