Mas Basico Hotel

We liked this property, looks could be deceiving. It's clean, comfortable, easy access and on block from the ocean

It’s HORRIBLE, so bad, the don’t show the real pictures, the rooms are terrible, doesn’t has a sink it’s a concrete thing not hot water, smell the humidity every where in the room, old saggy bed, not elevator, this is by far the worst place I have ever seen. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY OF IT

This is a quaint hotel. Rooms were simple, but clean. I would stay here again if traveling through Veracruz.

Great property for the price. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size and perfect for our stay.

Very noisy including maintenance staff & dogs barking early!! Pool full of hair, dead insects & debris.

Bad experience in a room with cockroaches

The hotel is called Basic. And it was Basic, simple and very nice. I had a very good experience during my visit

It is super hipster, love the deco, excellent cleanliness, thr staff is very helpful and friendly, great location.

Great stay, friendly staff that seems to enjoy what they do. Clean room, everything worked well, we had no issues while there. There was however something I saw once I was leaving, the lady who was cleaning the bathrooms on the pool area swept te soapy water into the pool. But I did not use the pool so, I have no problem.

This hotel is wonderful, recently remodeled in a nice vintage/hip style. The rooms are simple but well done, very clean and exactly what one needs. What really made this experience wonderful was the staff. Such nice people and the food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious. I have to really say that the staff is what made my stay memorable. SO attentive, and again the food (breakfast is the only thing I had) was perfect... the chef came out to make sure everything was well and to just chat. HIGHLY recommend and will stay next time we are in Veracruz. The atmosphere is exactly what most big hotels are missing.. so don't let the name fool you.. nothing basic about this cool hip place.

Original hotel, better than any american chain. A good way to support local business

El hotel es muy limpio, la zona muy tranquila, con varios establecimientos al rededor, el malecón se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie, las habitaciones están muy agradables

Todo el hotel huele a cloro.

Excelente servicio

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con mi familia en este hotel y es excelente la limpieza, el servicio de los chicos que apoyan en el estacionamiento las instalaciones el servicio a la habitación es bueno y el restaurante también es muy bueno. Sin embargo la actitud de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear. Si no esta la encargada son poco atentas y groseras.

Es un lugar de un precio bastante accesible, de pronto le hace falta algo de mantenimiento, sobre todo a los baños pero en general es una buena opcion.

El hotel en efecto es básico, pero esto no significa que no cuenta con las amenidades, espacios y servicios necesarios para hacer de la estancia algo disfrutable. El personal es atento y amable. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones están limpias, siempre que hacen el aseo dejan jabón, shampoo, toallas limpias y rollos nuevos de papel de baño, además aguas de cortesía. El servicio al cuarto es rápido y eficiente. Además tiene relativamente cerca playas más limpias que las cercanas al puerto y rutas de transporte que acercan al Malecón y el Centro. Mi familia y yo quedamos satisfechos con la atención.
